This company charges way too much for their services and the explanation of what you really get is unclear. I was unable to use the program shortly after I started. I injured my shoulder and was unable to exercise as well as the supplement caused issues with my heart. I found out I had an enlarged aorta which I was unaware of. I reached out to the company and was offered a small credit towards what I had paid. This company was not sympathetic at all to my situation and the thousands I paid for a program I could not use put me in a huge financial bind. They do not explain exactly what you are getting for the thousands of dollars you are paying. This company makes so much money and being a little more understanding of a customers situation is just better customer service. I did a payment plan for this program and the payments are killing me especially for something I was unable to use. I really felt pressured to purchase the program and of course all the promises that came with it. I just wanted a refund minus the supplements they sent which are dangerous for me to take. I was given a small refund. This experience was the worst customer service I have ever received. Financially I am in a bind for nothing. I am in customer service and if we did our customers this way we would not be in business. A little empathy for my situation would not have caused their company to go under.V Shred, LLC

While our policies are outlined in the welcome email sent immediately after purchase, we understand that important details can sometimes be overlooked during the excitement of getting started.
After carefully reviewing your account, we can confirm the program was purchased in April 2024 and that the welcome email—including terms and refund details—was delivered on the same day. However, we completely acknowledge that circumstances can change, and we approached this situation with empathy and flexibility. In light of your feedback and concerns, our team worked to offer a resolution aligned with both our policy and your unique situation. These options included:
-The ability to pause and fully restart the program once medically cleared, so that you could still benefit from the services provided.
-A partial refund based on the portion of the coaching program that had not yet been used, while accounting for the time, resources, and custom plans already developed by their coach.Ultimately, a refund of $667 was processed for the unused month of coaching, and a confirmation email was sent. While we understand this may not have fully met your expectations, we want to assure you that our team handled your concerns with care and with the intention of providing the most fair and compassionate resolution possible.
Please know our goal is never to pressure, but to support and empower every client on their wellness journey. We are sincerely grateful for the opportunity to be part of yours, and we wish you nothing but the very best moving forward. Day one I asked for a refund and that’s when I learned about their policy of no refunds which was not provided to me when I purchased this program. It’s an emotional blackmail where you are pressured to pay whether or not you wish to use the service. Outside of receiving their policy yesterday, I have no record of such policy after searching every email received from them. I am seeking legal advice and encourage everyone not to sign up without due diligence. Had I known it was working through some app, I would’ve decline the offer. Now I’m told I must pay this over $2000 for 3 months of using an app. I’ll be paying long after the 3 months is over. Even if I had a change of heart I wouldn’t use this company because of their deceitful approach. I’m requesting a copy of my recorded zoom call and proof the policy was sent prior to signing up.V Shred, LLC

Disappointed with VShred I really wanted to like VShred, but unfortunately, the upselling was also a big turn-off. After signing up, I was constantly being pushed to buy additional supplements and services, which made the whole thing feel more like a sales funnel than a fitness program. Vshred emailed me two confirmation emails stating I was being enrolled in “VSU - Monthly $9.95 (30-Day Trial)”. Customer service (Not available by phone, chat only!) was slow to respond when I had questions, and canceling wasn’t as straightforward as it should’ve been. I’m still suspicious that they will charge me in the future. If you don’t want to be scammed, stay far away from Vshred! Especially Watch for constant upsell and unauthorized monthly charges!V Shred, LLC

Upon checking your account, we can see that you filed a dispute in February for charges, but we did not see any communication prior to cancel subscriptions. Because of the chargeback process, we could not refund you right away. However, we can confirm that as of 4/1/25 your subscription has been canceled and you have been refunded. I can’t do zero stars, or I would. I joined VShred and soon after was diagnosed with Cancer. My Drs instructed me not to take any supplements and not to follow a weight loss/muscle building program. I have asking for months for a refund due to medical inability to complete the course. Even after I sent several messages to several people asking for a refund, I kept getting harassing emails stating I am ghosting them and automated congratulations messages and sign up for coaching messages. Clearly it’s an automated scam and they give a hoot about their “clients.” I want my entire payment refunded immediately.V Shred, LLC

While I have only been on it for 4 days now and can't eat all the food on the paid diet plan I got, I love the food and the swaps to make it what you like so you can stick with it. If you follow was it says "truthfully" sticking to it which I have, the carb cycling does work! I have lost 9 pounds in 4 days already, I feel great and have more energy and haven't even started the workouts! Being honest with them and your diet it will work, but you individually have to be ready to change your life and commit to doing it, which I have and it is great to feel good again! I am determined to continue on this path and learn how to pair my foods for the correct carb cycling for my body to burn the fat! The program I am doing is the Fat Loss Extreme for woman.V Shred, LLC

I watched v-shred videos for weeks. After the first of the year I dove in and agreed to pay $1500 for their services. So the first rep i spoke with was a very nice African American man and he instructed me to make an appointment with my newly assigned trainer. I marked my calendar for my first coach video call. My trainer never got on line. Sooo I contacted them and said heyyyy my trainer never made contact. They responded by saying he didn't have it on his calendar which I find alittle odd because they gave me a confirmation notice. After that I cant be sure how long a period of time went by but I contacted the company and said, listen this obviously isn't working and I am requesting all of my money back as I have never spoken to a trainer. They sent me a text and said they would take it under consideration and get back to me. I am now at a year and I have never heard from them. Honestly I don't care about the money as much as saving someone else from this company.V Shred, LLC

V-Shred is close to the top of the list of biggest scams I've come across on the internet. My experience: 1. The spokesperson fitness model goes onto social media claiming everything everyone is teaching is WRONG, and you can get in the best shape of your life if you do these THREE SIMPLE THINGS!! You don't have to change ANYTHING else! Sounds easy! 2. Watch this video. This NON-SKIPPABLE video! This is 1,000% the same as a time-share presentation in internet format! 3. So the fitness model convinces me how THREE SIMPLE THINGS!! You don't have to change ANYTHING else! will get me in the best shape of my life! He walks me through his pitch. I was CONVINCED half-way through but... CAN'T SKIP!!! For only $57.00 I get EVERYTHING I NEED to get in the best shape of my life! 4. Finally, I sit through listening to the repetitive garbage spewing out and get to the end! Time to sign up and buy the product!! Credit card IN HAND! But wait... Now come the UPSELLS. But I can't just click "No thanks!" It's MORE, MUST WATCH VIDEOS! Your purchase of V-Shred is NOT COMPLETE until you watch these ENTIRE VIDEOS!!! At the CHECK-OUT LANE!!! if you close this, you DO NOT get the deal or V-Shred, and you'll have to start ALL over!" 5. Finally... because you've convinced me you have the way to improve my life with "THREE SIMPLE THINGS!! You don't have to change ANYTHING else!" FINALLY, my savior has arrived! I'll watch ANYTHING if you show me the error of my ways and teach me the TRUTH! So I pay and download the app! 6. Now I learn the truth... I open the app - "Hi! Welcome to V-shred.
