    BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY CONTINUED TO BILL EVEN AFTER I CANCELED. I CANCELED BECAUSE OF HIGH BILLS ADDITIONALLY TO MY POWER COMPANY CONTINUING TO BILL ME. AS STATED BELOW I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO SEE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM.

    Worst company I have had dealings with, ever. As their business practices are so skewed and customer service so - awful - they now charge me twice a month, in this economy, for electricity to catch up because they did not initially take payments in months following usage. What kind of company does that? Talking to them is like talking to the wall. Stay away from this company!

    Terrible billing practices and poor customer service is their signature.I subscribed to Nautilus Solar earlier this year. I had waited months for Nautilus to go live and received absolutely no communications from that offered any status updates whatsoever. In October, I received a bill from CMP for under $14; my first reaction was celebratory, thinking Nautilus had finally went live. However, in November I received another CMP bill for under $14, but still no communication nor bill from Nautilus for October and for November. I contacted Nautilus because I was worried about getting a very high bill from them (for two months combined) just before the holiday. I was told that it may take a while longer for Nautilus to bill me, and that Nautilus was working diligently on it. I then received a bill in December from CMP for just over $100. And still nothing from Nautilus.After contacting Nautilus to air my dissatisfaction, I learned that it usually takes Nautilus three months to process a monthly bill and not to worry, the bill would not be combined or consolidated into one big bill. This is outrageous! I immediately cancelled my subscription and am now awaiting a gigantic CMP bill, just after the holidays, as a result of the poor business acumen of Nautilus Solar Energy.Thanks very much.
