    I was very reluctant to sign up for this program but the sales person convinced me that it would all work out. They want you to sign up for automatic payments before you know if the program will work for your account. I was assured that there wouldn't be any problems and I could always cancel at anytime. So I went for it, with the hope that I was making the right decision and doing right by the environment. I received a bill from Nautilus for $350 which was for a month that I had already paid my local energy company for. When I contacted customer support at **********************, they said that it wasn't their fault that my local company didn't show the credit on my account yet. Once I sent them a copy of my current bill from the electric company, Nautilus informed me that the energy credit was on my account but I wasn't going to be able to receive the dollar amount credit because of a secondary supplier. So I asked that they cancel the account and I would honor this one payment to them, even though I'm not getting the dollar amount credit. They said they would cancel my account but it would take 90 days!! So now they are trying to continue to bill me for something that I won't receive the credits for. Well, I stopped payments and will be glad to go to court to have a judge tell them what they are doing is wrong. What's even worse is that they are giving other community solar companies a bad name. Consumers are going to be reluctant to try any community solar when there is a possibility of being scammed like this. Never again! Do NOT sign up for this service if you have ANY reservations about the way it works. They will lie to you to get you to sign a contract and then drag you through the mud.

    I signed up with Nautilus Community Solar and a few months later I received a small bill from my utility, after this I was invoiced by Nautilus for less than what I should have paid that month. I would recommend this to anybody, in the economy we have today, I will find a way to save on any bill that I can especially when there is no hassle involved. Keep up the good work!

    Never had a problem with my bill and it has saved me a considerable amount of money the last couple years. I recommend it to anyone that brings up their energy bill.

    Nautilus Solar, *****.So we have been a Nautilus solar far customer for several months. I found the billing to be challenging, and inconsistent, with little explanation of the bill, until I received an ****** dollar bill. I called and was told that I was being charged for ************ that CMP had not used. That would be double charging me for power. I immediately cancelled the service and revoked ACH privileges. 3 days later that 875 came out of my account. I was told I would be responsible for 3 months of bills. The next bill was 720 due on 3/16, they tried to take it out of my account on 3/13. Luckily I had called the bank to dispute the ****** dollar charge. I also have solar panels on my roof. Nautilus told me they could not determine who produced what energy so they billed me for all power generation. Funny thing I called CMP and asked them if they could determine who produced what power, they said yes it's clear on your bill and they explained. I provided nautilus with a copy of my bill, they said they could not determine the power generated and said the bill was still 875. The month prior my bill was ****** so there is some clear manipulation going on here. The bank investigated and returned the 875, and no further payments will come out of my account. If you want to be green stay away from Nautilus Solar and purchase panels or read your contract very carefully before contracting with a solar farm. I am sure this is not the last I will hear from Nautilus Solar.

    All of these reviews below sign up for a company without taking anytime to understand how things work. Ive seen multiple people getting credits from Nautilus and theyre now doing consolidated billing. Great company saving money.

    This company continues to bill me even when I cancelled back in February of 2023. This company needs to be shut down. A class action lawsuit needs to be filed against this company.
