      The system is very friendly and easy to use but their customer ********************** is thw worst. Two times my employees were not paid and after three weeks they are still checking. They hire people from other countries to do the customer ********************** and they are not well trained. They are friendly but have not idea how to solve issues. Employees cannot seat waiting three weeks without paying their bills.

      I have to add the team leader was able to resolve my case in a timely manner. I still think the customer ********************** should be better trained so they can resolve issues in a faster way.

      ***** really bad for employees to see their pay stubs. Try to sign in & after 1 attempt. You exceed your attempt limits. Sign in & hit forgot password and guess what, you exceeded your limit.

      WORST CUSTOMER ********************** I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. WE HAD GARNISHMENT THAT STARTED IN JANUARY 2025.THIS GARNISHMENT WAS TO BE TAKEN IN 2 PAYMENTS, WE ARE NOW 9 PAYCHECKS THEY HAVE STILL BEEN TAKING OUT MONEY. THIS WEEKS PAYCHECK WAS I AMOUNT OF 0$. I HAVE REPEATEDLY CALLED AND SPOKE WITH SEVERAL STAFF MEMBERS AT ADP. I HAVE SPOKE WITH *** ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, SPOKE WITH A ****, ******* (WHO LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME, HE WAS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE DEALT WITH AND JUST SPOKE WITH **** THEIR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE AND OVERALL ASSISTANCE WITH THIS MATTER HAS BEEN SO BAD.WE HAVE NOTIFIED OUR EMPLOYER TO THE LACK ASSISTANCE IN THIS MATTER. WE ARE OWED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED EVEN WITH COLLECTING AGENCY EMAILING STOP GARNISHMENT ORDERS AND SPOKE WITH THEM (THAT ******* PER CALLED AND SPOKE WITH ACCOUNT MANAGER). THE MANGER GAVE A VERBAL ORDER AND NOTIFIED ******* HE HAS EMAILED. ******* THEN NOTIFIES ME IT WILL BE ANOTHER 10 DAYS TO RELEASE REFUND. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST TO DEAL WITH. THE ERRORS THIS COMPANY HAS MADE HAS GREATLY INFECTED OUR LIVES. WE CANT PAY FOR MY MEDICATION THIS MONTH FOR MY RARE BRAIN DISEASE, WE HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO EVEN PAY THE BILLS WE HAVE CURRENTLY. THIS HAS CREATED ANXIETY, DISTRESS AND DESPAIR. IF THIS HAS HAPPENED TO EMPLOYEE OF A LARGE NATIONAL COMPANY THAT USES ADP, THEY SHOULD BE EVALUATED AND HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ERRORS

      They are the absolute worst companyThey are the absolute worst company *** ever worked with! No one cares. Ive been the restaurant business for 46 years and Ive had nothing but problems with ADP! Ive asked to speak with a boss and even asked to speak with the president of the company to explain to him or her how poor their Customer ********************** and team is. They have a great software with a terrible, terrible leadership! I would never ever recommend ADP to anyone. I have heard more horror stories about ADP than imaginable and I am a leader in the hospitality industry. Stay clear of ADP.Ive run a huge company for 30 years and now on my own restaurant and if I were the president to the company, I wouldve called back my customer immediately to hear what they have to say. We never stop learning. They simply dont care.They have no idea what theyre doing in the 401(k) arena either. What they have done has created an absolute nightmare for me and my employees. They are dishonest when they say that they are a one stop shop and great at this. They are terrible. Please note that I have never in 61 years written a review like this.

      Im a new employee of a ********** here in ** and a new immigrant. The ADP Portal is MISLEADING. I have setup my pay to be directly deposited to my chosen Checking accounts, and from the ADP portal it says Congratulations I have completed all my Task for the new hire setup and the next thing I know ADP has not setup direct deposit into my checking accounts for my 1st US Pay here in the ***. They should have advise from the portal to make sure your chosen Direct Deposit banks has been notified of the pay setup. For ADP please dont be INCOMPETENT AND MISLEADING. Thank you.

      I am extremely disappointed with ADP Retirement Services. After being a loyal customer for seven years, I encountered significant issues with the handling of my company's 401K plan transfer. Despite agreeing to a reduced transfer fee of $650.00, my bank account was charged the original amount of $1,500.00. When I tried to resolve this, I was met with unprofessional and rude behavior from ****** *******, the Senior Manager of Retirement Services. The process of getting a credit for the overcharge was unnecessarily lengthy and frustrating. This experience has severely damaged my trust in ADP's services.

      Absolute terrible service. They got me fines/penalties due to ADP filing my taxes late, regularly so for 1.5 years!!! Atrocious customer **********************. Prior to signing up with them, try to get ahold of customer ********************** as if you're a customer, it is impossible. Disgusting company in every way. Dealing with ADP has been the most stressful and frustrating part about being a business owner. I am switching to another payroll processor. One time they were fixing tax filings and instead of withdrawing the few hundred dollar difference they withdrew the entire year's tax amount causing an overdraft of my account. It took over a week to get my money back too! I had to take a loan to float business costs during this period.

      1) My W2 taxes were not filed with the state, but it appears ADP was submitting funds to the state with no quarterly ***orts filed for over a year.2) On two businesses, my taxes were filed late regularly resulting in fines.3) On one business, I was paying state and federal unemployment. On another business I was paying just federal. I should not have been paying either as a business owner, and ADP knew I was the owner when they setup my account and taxes.4) On one business, I was supposed to be paying 1/2 employee health care. They setup the account wrong so employees were paying full. I noticed this ~8 months in. ADP refiled the taxes and I reimbursed my employees. Upon refiling the taxes, there was ~$200 owed, but instead of taking that money, they withdrew the entire period's tax liability again (around $20k if I recall correctly), emptying my bank account, causing other charges to bounce, causing me to be in default with rent, utilities, maintenance bills, etc. so I took out a loan, because ADP did not immediately refund my money that they incorrectly took from my account without my permission. 5) Despite emails and ticket items with an ADP benefits *** on #4 and correcting the deductions. It now appears that she set it up wrong AGAIN, but this time the company has been paying 100% of healthcare. I explicitly asked if it was setup correctly because the deductions and reimbursements appear to be a wash, but she said it was correct. However, ***** (my new payroll provider) says it was not setup correctly and another ADP *** I just spoke to also said it was not setup correctly. These issues were all ***orted with ***eated ticket items. In fact, within those tickets, I begged them to email or call me directly. If I was bestowed enough to speak to a human, it was someone in ***** (seemingly) who simply stated the details read from a screen, usually ***eating what I said, with zero effort or capability to fix, or even recognize, the issue. ADP is by far the most frustrating difficult time-consuming aspect of me running my business. The lack of access to customer **********************, their broken ticket/email system, and poor service/errors has created a nightmare for a small business owner. I thought I was hiring HR, Tax, and Payroll professionals. Turns out, you need a full-time expert employee to baby sit ADP.

      We have requested a supervisor to call us for days with no call back. Your team (*** ********** Licence *******) sent over a cancellation notification to Employers Workmans' Comp. I wasted hours of my time not including the stress of being without ********* Comp for 2 Weeks in *** which is not a light matter. I expect a call back. This is not acceptable to send emails to placate customers instead of resolving issues.

      This is the worst place to try and have any updates done to your account. They have been trying to switch my bank account for over 7 days now. I am unable to run payroll and seems like they couldn't care less. wish I could leave 0 stars.

      Would not recommend ADP for payroll after the holidays our business end up closing and they harassed us over and over and over to run payroll and we didn't even get to process getting the W-2 finished with them or even set up now we're being audited by ****************** because the *** decided to call in stating we were causing fraud or something or other. Not only is ADP unprofessional but they also harass you constantly with emails and calls until you comply and send them money when we almost lost our house they were harassing stating we need to run payroll and send them all this money we literally almost lost our house our vehicles because our business was going under. There is no soul or care to the community or small business within ADP
