You are the worst company my mother's house has water damage the insurance sent a check and because you didn't want to take the blame for you not endorsing it correctly they sent another and you were able to cash it now your trying to keep it I will never recommend you to anyone she has been out of her home going on 7 months and the company supervisor or processor will not return phone calls don't ever go through this company they are cheaters and thievesLongbridge Financial, LLC

She was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. She effectively walked us through each step, while clearly articulating answers to questions that arose. I had a great experience. I disagree with the appraiser that said surfaces needed scraping that were never painted. Also a railing for a single step front step that isn't needed by code and the bank stuck with. I hope he retires soon. Kathy was fantastic at explaining the plan and options. Rick McClure was knowledgeable, pleasant, and always available to answer any questions we had. We are so pleased with Longbridge. We contacted several other Reverse Mortgage Companies. Rick was reassuring from the first contact. Rick helped my parents understand the process and how it benefits them. From the beginning to the final process, he was pleasant and always available. It was very reassuring to have our hands held during the entire process. We cannot thank Longbridge and Rick enough. We decided a couple of months back to tap into our homes equity. It was an easy decision as to which firm we'd use. Longbridge answered all of our questions and worked with us throughout the full process. There was never a time when we had a question that we weren't able to get an answer within a few hours.
