      Total ripoff. Same thing happened to me. Ordered wine. Waited a week, no delivery. Called to check. Told it was out of stock but we will have it tomorrow. Called back today, asked if they had the wine I ordered in stock. They said yes! I said do you have trouble keeping in stock? Oh no, we have this all the time. Then I knew they were lying. Asked why they would.say that when I was just told it was out of stock the day before. Told them I wanted a refund. No explanation, no apologies, just refunded. Scammers

      Do not order from them. The portal said they tried to deliver but nobody was home and I was home all day! Now they want to still charge me for the shipping fee! SCAM

      Was browsing their whiskey inventory and noticed a few inconsistencies in their inventory. The first was I noticed some whiskeys that are typically worth $20-25 were being sold for upwards of $60, while others in that lower price range maintained their price of $20-25, yet there was no explanation of why some were priced so high and nothing to identify them as being a limited or special release. I found more than one product that was listed twice, on separate pages, with price differences of $40-$60, and yet no explanation as to why one bottle was cheaper but that same bottle was listed elsewhere with a higher price. And the biggest red flag to me was they listed, "Bulleit Small Batch Bourbon," which is a product that does not exist. Bulleit produces a "Bulleit Bourbon Frontier Whiskey," "Bulleit Rye," "Bulleit Bourbon Frontier Whiskey Barrel Strength," and "Bulleit Bourbon Frontier Whiskey, 10 Year." Not one of these is listed as "Bulleit Small Batch."These inconsistencies left me uneasy and feeling like there was some kind of scam going on so I would not recommend them to anyone.

      Placed an order and never received the product. They sell bottles they dont physically have in stock or run promos to attract website traffic with no intention of ever shipping hard to find sprits. ** AG OFFICE NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS WEBSITE!

      First time purchaser and will never use again. Ordered a single bottle on 12/9/22 and product was in stock and has not shipped as of today. 1/2/23. Sent email on 12/23 and received response the they were "cleaning the bottles" and the order was being packed "right now" with no follow up and no estimated delivery date.
