    MORE THAN HELPFUL! Thank you so much for coordinating my claim with the warranty company, you guys at Youngs made a stressful situation much easier than expected. Great communication along the way as they fought for me to get everything fixed the right way! Ive already called them privately to hire for an unrelated job!

    I was set up with ******* through my home warranty. While I'm not the biggest fan of the home warranty company, ******* was a different story. They had constant communication with me, were a pleasure to deal with, they clearly cared and got the job done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them.

    our plumber, **** was terrific. Came out within an hour of my calling, fixed our problem. Very kind and talented. Yongs office personnel are incredible especially ******. I will definitely call them again.

    This service was done through a home warrant company. Unlike some service calls we've had in the past, ******* came through! They called to verify the issue and got us in the same day! The service technician was efficient, knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions we had. We would definitely use ******* again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

    This was our first experience in using Young's water and sewer. They were referred to us by our warranty company. The technician was timely, very courteous and very knowledgeable. We will definitely ask for them if needed in the future.

    Very disappointed. they were such a thief. charged me $1,530 for fixing the Water heater which was provided to them as well as covering the labor cost from Choice home warranty only. When i ask if the water heater and labor cost is covered by Choice Home Warranty why your charges are so high and they told me they need to do some modification to match the Codes. However i don't see any changes in the existing pipes so this was BS. Further they offer me 6 months interest free payment option but did not inform me anything about ACTIVATION FEE $69. WHEN I INQUIRED they told they were NOT aware of this well, refused to give me any discount or atleast waive the activation fees. Really disappointed!! However Work was done professionally, **** did a good job. But sorry as a company BIG NO.....
