  I was very pleased with Youngs Plumbing. I got them from my warranty insurance. The warranty insurance first sent another plumbing company. They did not find the problem, even after a few appointments. After a lot of aggravation, Youngs came in and knew right away what the problem was. The men were courteous and professional. The problem was fixed and I would definitely recommend Youngs

  I received Youngs name through my home repair insurance . They did the diagnosis to find major Sewer line work that needed to get done in,order to use my upstairs bathroom. Work has been completed. I was especially impressed with ****** who checked everything after completed work Nice people to work with and who work with you

  Young's Water and Sewer responded to my need for a sump pump pipe repair the very next day! Their work to repair the pipe was excellent! Not a problem since! The technician was professional, courteous and friendly! The office staff made the process painless!!

  In October the sewer line broke in my basement endangering the health of me and my family. Young's water and sewer responded with professional and courteous workmen and fixed it. To my surprise the insurance company did not want to pay for the work. I am retired and on a fixed income. ***************** assured me that the insurance company would pay. In a three way conversation with the adjuster I was able to hear ***** negotiating skills as she broke through the intransigence of the insurance company. I would recommend ***** water and Sewer to anyone needing such work.

  Scammers and Liars...I had a Water leak in my house and received them through my warranty company, They request your insurance policy to see how much they can scam you out of it. They take my credit card by giving me a proposal to sign sight away stating false issues and i believed them because they are licensed plumbers, the plumber came in and repaired the leak by changing two pipes in the wall, But the proposal stated something different and without my permission they have charged my credit card for the whole amount and now they are saying they did the work, I have requested them for an invoice for every day for ten days from the work done, no response. Because the invoice would tell me what they have done and that i would have proof, The work was actually a $200 worth of work, the proposal was given for close to $6000 where any and all the work stated was never done. There are many many reviews of similar scams from other customers on ****** reviews and I was shocked.

  Sir, with all due respect, I just called your insurance company and they said they paid for access and restoration, which I only charged you for. As I explained, you had a slab home and we rerouted your hot and cold water feed through your home. We had to connect your kitchen, bathroom, and utility room and we avoided destroying all your beautiful hardwood floors, and saved you over $20,000. We had a full crew there with full machinery for 2 days with materials. The total job cost you a little over $5,000. At what point did we scam you? You had a major water leak pouring through your home and your tenants had no water. We tried to call you on 3 occasions and we are in receipt of sending you 2 different invoices. If you have any issues, and need our assistance, we are but a phone call away. Writing false accusations is a horrible thing to do, because we as a company, value people. That is why we worked so diligently for you. I will call your insurance company personally and tell them that you are giving false information about not getting paid. If you would've called other contractors to do this job, and find out what it cost to do this, you would've been billed over $12,000. Unfortunately you weren't there to see what was involved. We had to move out all your fixtures and hot water heater and put it back, run all new lines, and make all connections underneath the slab floor and pull everything through. If you recall, your leak was coming in 2 locations underneath the floor of your hardwood floor, damaging your entire investment. Fortunately, your tenants were there to review the work and see what was going on.

  For your information, you have still have not sent me invoices, You still not yet answered my question regarding the proposal which was quoted to me and the work that was done and the money that was charged without my permission on my credit card were not related to the work that was done, They are totally different and false. You have incorrectly reported to my **************** that the pipes were under the cement slab, The pipes that were repaired were in the drywall. Second the proposal that you quoted was incorrect and the work that was done is completely different and no where near the work that was provided in the proposal. You should look at the proposal you have given me and the repair that was actually done, and yet you charged me almost $6000 from the proposal you gave earlier. You have exactly similar scams you have performed in your ****** reviews where you overestimate and find out if they have home insurance and think you can scam them by overcharging for the work that was never done in the first place. I have my tenants report to me with pictures and explain what was done while they were doing it, you yourself have even sent me the email with pictures before and after and while the work was being done. You still failed to provide invoices even after emailing you and calling you so many times. I have still not gotten the invoices, you have my email too, You have ignored my calls repeatedly. Even here you are still trying to cover and running in circles when all I am saying is the proposal with the quote that was given is totally incorrect with the work that was actually done and you have charged me incorrectly. You still are failing to answer this simple question about the invoices, proposal that was given and the work that was done and the charges made to my credit card are incorrect.
