    I have been a customer of ********************** since 2023 and my experience has been profoundly disappointing. I purchased the 6 year warranty first year ******* May 2023 my garbage disposal malfunctioned. I promptly filed a claim, When a technician finally arrived , they were unprofessional and I couldnt get ahold of him for days after he came. I had to call MULTIPLE times for another technician. Well finally got another technician to come he was great. It was diagnosed and service plus didnt want to cover it claiming it wasnt covered which it stated garbage disposal on my contract. I had to speak to a supervisor and they agreed to fix it but it was a HASSLE after multiple phone calls and ************ dryer went out in 2023 they fixed that with no ********* January 2025 my water heater is not working properly. Filed a claim and they didnt even have a technician come out they denied my claim after asking what the issue is. I dont know anything about a water heater. So now this is an out of pocket expense. Just terrible Throughout this ordeal, customer service was unhelpful. Despite numerous attempts to escalate the issue, I received no satisfactory resolution. I also discovered numerous similar complaints from other customers , indicating a pattern of poor service and unfulfilled commitments.What is the point of having home warranty if they dont cover anything.Tried to cancel my policy do you know they told me I will not receive any premium back after paying almost $2000 for the 6 year warranty. Talking about they paid as a courtesy $980 for the 2 claim I filed. Are you kidding me. The only thing the representative offered was to waive the $75 service charge for my next claim. I went off this is the worst home warranty ever. Now Im stuck with them until 2029 because I cant get my money back. I just want my money back.Given this experience, I cannot recommend ServicePlus Home Warranty to other homeowners.

    This home warranty company should not be in business. They are ripping consumers off. They collect money from consumers but do not pay any claims. They can't provide a provider for your repairs and when you do, they want you to pay the provider, and you end up paying for your own repair and never get reimbursed. Our claim was approved to be repaired, and we are still waiting after 3 months to get reimbursed. TERRIBLE How can we get our money back???????

    DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING FROM SERVICEPLUS HOME WARRANTY. They do not take care of their customers. They are unreachable, do not repair covered items, do not expedite emergency requests despite their policy saying they will.1) Dishwasher broke. Placed a service request. Technician contacted me to assess. Determined we needed a new part. Get an email saying to call them. They say they will send a check for $50 to go buy the part because they cant order it. Well neither can, its been discontinued. After arguing with them for almost 2 years about it, they agree to pay me $200 to shut me up.2) Refrigerator stops cooling. We put in a service request. No response. Works on and off through Sept and Oct 2024. After putting in another request with no response, we break down and buy a new refrigerator. Then we get a response. Too late, not their problem.3) January 2025 in below freezing temperatures in **** our furnace goes out. We put in a service request. We read their policy which states they would take reasonable measures to expedite emergency requests. Call them to get expedited due to emergency. They say it will take 2-4 business days to assign a technician. Hello, kids in a house with no heat in 11 degree temperatures is an emergency. Still no response from ServicePlus Home Warranty. No attempt to expedite. We contact a local technician who comes out and assesses, telling us the furnace is leaking natural gas into our house, and carbon monoxide, and is a serious hazard and could kill my kids and family. Still no response from ServicePlus. We end up having the local company replace the furnace. Finally get an email saying they assigned a technician. Call ServicePlus and tell them everything. Get told they didnt approve of the work so wont reimburse anything, told that I am stupid, to fu@k off, and hung up on.I repeat, do NOT get a home warranty from ServicePlus Home Warranty. It is a huge mistake that you will regret.

    This company is not real! Ive been a customer for years to only get scammed and lied to when its finally time to use my warranty. Then after the fact they gave me the run around on sending me my $200 foe the washer and dryer until my warranty was up. Do not spend your money with this fake company they will never come through for what you need them for and I have proof of it all! They told me I have12 weeks to wait on check from them and this had been ever since August! This is terrible and pls dont waste your money! In fact I dont believe anything is real about the company.

    waste of time and money I had two policies for the last three years ( bought it for 5 years) none of the claims are fixed instead gives all lame reasons. This is the worst service I every had.

    The worst customer service ever, if you get your own repairman , with the service plus approval, don't wait for your claim to get paid.they are super fast getting their money debating my **** card, but when they owe me repayment for a repair they approved ,I must wait up to 12 weeks despite their claim that payment would be made within 6 to 8 weeks

    I am very upset with company I have been waiting since July to receive check from a claim that was done. Keep calling and no one can help. I was told takes 6-8 weeks and we are now in Dec. I am trying to cancel and they will not refund my money. Worst company ever.

    They do not stand on their policy! They said I had a contract with them, but I was never sent a contract nor did I ever sign one until today because I told them I was not going to pay. I am trying to get out of this company, but they are not allowing me to.
