    After this "Home Warranty" company called our company to go out to one of their insured's property and inspect the roof (for our service fee of $59.95) they told the owner that they didn't cover the damages in her policy, but moreover told us to submit an invoice for our service fee and ***** at ServicePlus told us they would cut a check (Net30).We've called the "Contractor ********** ********** several times, only to be given the run-around. Each time telling us that it will be soon... As of today, they said the check had still not been cut and even though it was supposedly Net30, it how now been 84 days.I would not suggest ANYONE, policy holders or contractors trust this "business".

    I called 2 days ago about my heater going out and my hot water heater not working. Its going to be a week and 2 days before they can get someone out to look at my heater and they havent even put in anything yet for my hot water heater. They said I could get someone else and they would reimburse me up to **************************************** my money back that I paid them and I would go somewhere else. I said they dont have a good rating on the BBB and he started to tell me that ********* is one of the worst places there is but they have an A rating on here. I said Im not dealing with *********.

    I am very disappointed for their customer service. My heating unit stop the working middle of the cold day and I call them up and after many calls they scheduled team to check. After team report they are telling me my heat exchanger has a crack and they are not covering replacement of this part. I asked them then what you guys covering if you are not going to fix my heating unit, they try to offer $200 to sign and accept this money. This is a another fake company, if something happen like this believe me they will ganna help you save your money you can spend for repair and do not give your money to this guys to enjoy their life with your money Stay away from them You can see other reviews also everyone has a same issue please do not be next victim

    USE SOMEONE ELSE. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM. The only claim I filed they were a complete nightmare to work with. They wouldnt fix or replace my broken washing machine, but instead said they would play a ridiculously low dollar amount for me to have someone replace the machines motor. That is why I got the service because I dont know technicians. I challenged their finding and they were not willing to listen. It has been 3 months since that claim and I have still not received my check. To boot I cancelled my membership and was still being charged. I called and they said sorry for the mistake. That is stealing and they should be investigated because Im sure they are doing this to everyone. I cant believe they are in business, total scam. PLEASE DONT USE THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT

    Waiting 6 days and they still have not sent over a technician! I need to call everyday and they say my claim has been escalated. They say they will pay me $200 if I just do it myself but I know the items to be fixed will be more than this. Bad bad bad service and very disappointing!

    This company, ***************** warranty is a total scam. They take your money and do not satisfy any claims regardless. Their customer service rep ******************* is likely the worst in the industry. Please write to the attorney general . They are a TOTAL FRAUD, also by the name total home warranty !I was told they will send ONLY three hundred dollars and was told this before and like last time, never got a check.

    On August 4, 2023, I entered into a one-year contract with them, for which they charged my credit card the agreed-upon amount. After the initial 30-day period. Without my knowledge or consent, they fraudulently charged another of my credit cards. I dont know how they obtained another credit card number. When I inquired about this unauthorized charge, I was informed that they entered me into a TWO-year agreement, demanding over $1300 from me. They signed me up for something I did not want or ask for. To my shock, upon reviewing the contract, I found the relevant information deeply buried and challenging to locate. Nowhere in the contract did I explicitly agree to the exorbitant price and extended plan. Despite this, ***************** Warranty claims that, due to the expiration of the initial 30-day window, I am now contractually obligated.I sent a letter to the Attorney General with the request help.     Lock you into a fixed term that does not allow you to cancel and then say they can raise the prices at any time because of "inflation you know". ***** in "Resolutions" hung up on me when I asked him when I agreed to fluid pricing in a fixed contract. Not sure I should have used big boy words like that

    No stars for this shady $#@ company. They made put something in. Not only did they send out an incompetent fool to fix my is***, they sent the same lame to come BACK out to fix what he messed up. They refuse to cancel my contract and the "head guy" I spoke to was condescending and dismissive. We need to band together and *** the you know what out this so called company. Their customer service is lousy and their contractors are buffoons. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let's put them out of business.
