    Laptop battery is missing and those 4 small box costed me nearly $300 for ground shipment,,, not fair at all

    Hi there,
    I am so sorry for the problems! I see that you are working with Sara on our customer service team regarding the missing laptop battery, it appears that it is possible that the retailer cancelled your transaction and we never received the batter and that as of Saturday you are looking into it with the retailer. Please keep Sara abreast of that situation.

    With regards to the shipping charges, you paid $167 in actual shipping fees for three quite large parcels to West Virginia. Unfortunately Stackry is an international package forwarder, and you shipped these items domestically. Our domestic rates are not nearly competitive as our international rates. So sorry that you are having issues, please let us know in customer service if we can help you further.
