  THEY SHIPPED IT BUT IT WAS IN A LARGER BOX THAN REQUIRED. WOULD LIKE TO SEE USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL to CANADA, RETURN TO stackry SHIPPING OPTIONS
  They did as they said, however, my package arrived much larger than it needed to be. I had been in contact with customer service over this before the parcel was shipped.
  A larger volumed parcel will up the "volumetric" weight", therefore increasing (In my case by 1 1/2 times) shipping cost.
  It should be Stackry's goal to keep the volumetric weight in line with the actual weight whenever possible.
  I had durable metal parts that could have been nested as there were curves, for a smaller footprint.
  I would also like to see the lower cost USPS priority international to Canada shipping (it has good tracking) return as a deserved option for customers.
  I would also like to point out that i do not mind a long weight for lower cost shipping.

  Hi there *****,
  I am so sorry that you paid more than you were expecting. I see that the packaging used for your item was an odd size, leading me to believe that the item was not something that we had a perfect box for. I can see that the packaging was cut down as much as possible to get the box the smallest size without compromising the stability of the outer packaging (box). We have close to 50 different box sizes at our dispense, however even with this, we cannot always get the actual/dimensional weight to be equal.
  As far as adding Priority Mail International, it is in our experience that the service is unreliable for the price. Our other low cost carriers DHL Global Mail and Connect by FedEx offer a better service at comparable prices. Again, so sorry that this was not what you expected.

  Thank you for your response. It would be nice if there was a greater variety in box sizes, or if Stackry as a company would be able to modify or manufacture boxes.
  I find your argument for not using USPS priority. International mail for parcels, extremely weak.
  I’ve had very good service using this level of mail service and have not ever had a problem.
  Surely any mail delivery that offers tracking and insurance for the value of the shipment, should be available for purchase by the customer.
  I do not believe it is fair that Stackry as a company should be able to arbitrarily opt out the service of a historic and public company such as USPS.

  I see you have sent one package with us to Canada. We received the package on your behalf and charged $20.99 for shipping. The package was shipped on February 22 and delivered on March 2. I am unclear on what the problem is specifically. Were the charges more than expected? I am more than happy to help, just need some clarity on the nature of your complaint :)

  I absolutely love Stackry.
  Without them I wouldn't be able to do the best shopping in the US and ship packages to the UK.
  Fast, efficient, reasonably priced shipping is everything you could ever want in a company, but with the added excellent customer services, this is the best company I've ever dealt with.
  I have highly recommended Stackry to everyone who mentions they can't get certain items in England, Canada and Australia, only in the US.

  Great service, very efficient packing! Do the math to make sure it's worth it, as it still costs you money (definitely more than you expect) - but depending on the size/quantity of items you want consolidated it can be relatively economical. (Smaller items/more items yields the best savings). I love that I can shop places that only ship within the US - I normally don't even see those listings in Canada. A US shipping address really opens doors. Thank you!

  It worked really well. The notifications were accurate and kept me up to date. A little more expensive than I expected to ship to Canada, but the only option and was in the ballpark of what I expected. Just a bit on the high end.
