    Extremely fast and very professional, super trustworthy and excellent service, I'm in love with this company!! I live in Puerto Rico and my package arrived in just 3 days, so anyone reading this who from PR, now you know, Stackry is the way to go! 10/10??????????

    Love the service as always. I find that it's worth the expense and I always get a great and Respectful service and my emails always promptly replayed to if I have a query. I have already plans for the future.

    I'm using Stackry from their beginning. Before Stackry for a long time I was using many other freight forwarding services, but Stackry came out with best support, service and communication by far. Thats very important.
    As a frequent buyer from USA for a very very long time, many times my shipments were with high value, the Stacky was the only one I can trust.
    Highly recommended to try it.

    Hi there,
    I am so sorry that your shipping options were higher than expected. I noticed that your second shipment was very large and heavy, the size of the packaging caused you to be charged a few extra pounds. We do offer repacking fees if you chose to ship one package at a time that could end up saving you money. We charge $5 for this fee and if successful, it can save you a lot on shipping of single packages. Again, so sorry for your experience.

    Was skeptical at first but really wanted to get something from USA to Australia so gave it a go. Was great, efficient service, easy to use, with good and timely communication. Package was slightly bent, but pretty standard for international shipping. Would definitely use again!

    On August 17th 2022 Stackry shipped a parcel to me, which I never received.
    They used Aramex to ship to Europe.
    Tracking states that the parcel has been "delivered", but not where to, no proof of delivery.
    There was no delivery attempt at my address (private & home office, there is always someone there), not notification of any kind. I later found out that the parcel went directly to a parcel shop, and then vanished.
    Because Aramex claimed that the parcel had been "delivered", no further tracking is available.
    I turned to Aramex in the matter, but they don't even have a customer support, just an online form that gets ignored.
    So I turned to Stackry, where I was promised to get help. They would get in touch with Aramex and find the parcel. After many weeks I got a vague message, that they would resend the parcel once it arrived back at the Stackry facility. It never happened. Another four weeks later I asked Stackry about their policy when a parcel gets lost. I'm assuming there is an insurance covering the contents of the parcel, and at the very least, the shipping cost I have paid to Stackry should be refunded. Since then (11.09.2022) Stackry stopped communication with me, I have not heard back.
    I thought I had found a company that would ship my U.S. purchases to Europe reliably, so I'm very disappointed. The where not the ones to lose my package, but they are using a shipping company that neither offers customer support, nor communicate with Stackry directly to resolve a problem. When a problem occurs and a parcel gets lost, they just end communication with the customer.

    I am very sorry for the terrible experience that you had with our service. I see that one of our client services supervisors has taken over the communication and has issued a full refund for the shipping and contents of your package. We were given and we were giving terrible customer service through ought and for that I cannot apologize enough. I will say that the team never stopped communicating with you, but they were also not giving you solid answers or a way out of the situation. Please accept our apologies, and if you do give us another chance, please ask for a manager if an issue comes up and we will ensure you are helped swiftly.

    2 items shipped to date. Excellent service, everything was prompt, packaging my fragile items was top notch, shipping fees were reasonable. From beginning to end was all very straightforward, excellent website allowing for this. Am confident using my future shipping requirements. Highly recommend if you require such a service.
