    Create & managed our own shipping with Stackry is good.
    Few things could've been better, when packing please more careful,do not take out collectable items From it's original protector.
    E.q: expensive hotwheels car models, please leave it in it's original sender box,to avoid damage.
    It's expensive items.
    Also it'll be way better to consolidate items inside more sturdy box.

    I just want to thank Stackry, and Miles C*** in customer support in particular. I needed to send a pair of motorbike shock absorbers from the US to Australia (for a historic Honda CT90, as far as I can find, completely unobtainable in Oz). Turns out they're classified as hazardous material because of the tiny quantity of flammable oil inside. Fortunately Fedex can still handle shipping them to Australia. Less forthunately, not just anywhere, they wouldn't ship to us, and they wouldn't even ship them to my 4WD mechanic, who regularly receives much larger 4WD shocks - via guess who? - as an essential part of his business. Their (Fedex's) phone support didn't have a clue when I phoned them, couldn't suggest where it might be possible to send them. Fortunately Miles persisted, after the third failure suggesting that as the flight would land in Sydney, a Sydney address might work. Now safely in our family's hands, will pick them up on our next trip there. No, it isn't cheap, but in this case it was well worth it - my only other option was a pair of custom-made shocks at around 5 times the overall cost, with no guarantee they would fit or have the right ride characteristics. So well worth it.
