      They overcharge for bad service, sporadically not picking up, leaving the can in the street or driveway. They changed billing services and dropped my autopay without notice. I called about the notice and got snarking unhelpful customer service people. I do not know what leadership is telling customer service, but they are giving wrong information. There are no supervisors or complaint departments available to customers.

      This company has been over charging me for trash pick up for years. They were charging me over $50.00 a month for one trash barrel. When I decided to check with other trash service companies in my area they were shocked at what they were doing. When I decided to cancel my service, they offered me a deal of $48.00 every 3 months. If they could do that, when I was going to cancel my trash pickup, why did they charge me over $50.00 a month to begin with. That is quite a difference. I want to warn others of their shady practices. Needless to say I didn't take their offer and went with another, hopefully, more honest company. Since I have to leave a star rating I will give them 1 star, even though they do not deserve it.

      Awful. They skip pick *** and never come back. No good. Supervisor wont call me back or send someone to pick up trash. Both my parents are under ************ and we desperately need the garbage picked up. I have called 5 times in the last 4 days and the women that answer the phones are ice bergs. Horrible !!!!!!! This company is the worst and the lowest ever!!! I am tempted to take allllllllllll these soiled diapers to their office and leave them in their parking lot. Im so ***et. Zero stars ! Rotten service.

      GFL ************ GA.I have spoken to 3 of your customer service representatives and decided to cancel my service due to no assistance with resolving issues (pick-ups missed/request for credit). The way your system works the customer does not have a voice at all. You are at the will of a severely broken system. Many of my neighbors have expressed similar experiences. If GFL would have worked with me and not against me, I would have remained a customer. Terrible!!!!!!!! Too bad I cannot give - stars!

      No wonder this company is almost 10 billion in debt and they currently stand at 100% probability of bankruptcy. After running a construction company for over 20 years in NE *******, I can Tell you they are the worst Vendor I have ever delt with period. Their sales manager ******* ******* is rude, abrasive and not very competent. Stay away from this company. Trip B

      Don't give them your account number haven't had there service for over a year. Called monthly to resolve they still keep taking money out each month.

      We lease a warehouse for our company and our landlord gave us a document with companies we are supposed to use in their complex. We signed on just as they had requested. The contract with *** is way too long first off and I truly do not remember them pointing out that their contract was for 60 months only, you lease a place for 2-3 years not 5 and the *** contract outlasts the possible lease agreement. We have had to call almost weekly here lately and find out why our trash has not been picked up, been charged for dumpster being too full but that was only due to the fact that they did not pick up trash on the day they were supposed to. They raise the bill without informing you and then if you all have not read your contract you better read it closely because if you do not send written notice specifically the way they want you to they will renew your contract again for another 60 days and guess what they don't even inform you of that either. *** is a scam trash company making an unrealistic amount of money off of people. They have told us that it is because of increase fees, but the company we went with and still use for our home dumpster through our company has stayed the same for 4 years. When they were going to have to increase the cost, they sent us a notice telling us why and when it was going to happen. GFL trash was picked up today, but they did not totally empty the dumpster it is still half full because the truck driver did not try to make sure it was empty and no nothing was stuck keeping it from emptying. Home trash company you can hear them making sure the dumpster is empty. *** is the worst trash removal company I not just our company have ever dealt with and it feels like they are price gouging because they say they can in the contract.

      My father called to cancel his services, he found a cheaper company as his wife (my mom) had recently and unexpectedly passed away. Looking to lower bills, we found a cheaper garbage company. The lady we spoke to at the **********, ** branch with was insensitive. She said she needed a death certificate and that she should have been made aware right when my mom passed, that with her name being on the account, my dad should have sent the death certificate right away. The last thing on anyone's mind after losing a loved one is, "let me call my garbage company". Seeing these other reviews makes me realize we've made the right decision. What a horrible reaction to hearing someone losing their spouse.

      2 weeks they have not picked up our garbage, it is every single week they refuse to come to our neighborhood to pick up trash over 100 houses have garbage all out front of their homes. When you call their conway sc office some old women with an attitude will tell you you do what you need to do and hang up.
