    Joe *** was here today. Got here on time and left about 2 hours later. We have 2 Units and a mini split. Joe was very thorough and everything appears to be working well. Thanks Joe..seya in the fall. bob************.

    Technician knows his business, is thorough, and completes job quickly. Most importantly he is careful to leave things back together where they belong, polite, and respectful of the house not to bring mud dirt and rain all over the floor. Norris is a wise choice for service and equipment.

    Norris Mechanical is the only company we will use for repairs and/or replacements. Their staff is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and accommodating. They are on top of maintenance and right there if/when there is a problem. We have taken advantage of their range of services from new heat pumps to duct cleaning/replacement. Highly recommend!

    10/20/2023 Tech Joe arrived on time, was very professional. Actually I had met Joe before at work, (DuckLanding) Joe got right to the job and completed the task of three units. When Joe was finished he came back in the house and told me all systems were in good working order. I would also like to give a shout out to Stephanie who was able to squeeze us in after a cancelation. Thank you Stephanie. bob

    Norris Mechanical team are terrific, FIVE STAR SERVICE PRO's. Our repair tech Heath was simply superb, model professional. Our Air mover in attic quit, house was roasting, Heath troubleshot, identified problem part- when he did not have spare on truck he resourcefully found replacement, and got it and installed promptly. Heath then inspected, and tested our outside Compressor pressures and readings. He recognized we needed a boost of R-22 for compressor, and added refrigerant as needed. This was above, and beyond original trouble call, and demonstrates his keen eye for details and his commitment to providing the BEST CUSTOMER service. Our home HVAC system is hopefully ready for another North Carolina Summer, Thank you all at Norris Mechanical.
