  I signed my contract July 29 and I still dont have my building. I was told 3-4 weeks for installation. Today is the 15th of Nov and Custom Built Structures cant give me an installation date. Ive paid them over $7000.00 and have been scheduled and cancelled twice. Today I was told because of the upcoming holidays they arent sure when I will get my building. At this point Im not sure if I should get an attorney or try and wait out the lies.

  I bought a garage off Custom built Structures. I was out of town on completion of building. Had someone to show up and pay remaining balance for building. The last run of metal they put on looks like it been walked on and had cut in it and dents it looks bad. I have tried for 6 weeks now to get someone to fix it. I have text and email and get no reply. I have called and get answers they working on route someone to fix. If I was there on site they would have to fix it or not paid. Dont know what he problem is. They was no problem paying should be no problem fixing. I would post pictures of what building looks like but want let me. All I want is my garage fixed

  Custom built structures was quicker on their quoted lead times. They was 2 weeks better than quoted. ***************** came on schedule and finished the 50 x 30 building in a day and half. Did a great install and cleaned up the job site. I was impressed with their work ethic that I gave them a big tip at the end of the job. Highly recommend them to deal with in this purchase with a great price.

  Quality product was installed by courteous and professional installers in one day. Made sure I was satisfied, checked and rechecked door and garage door functions just went above and beyond on everything involved and in a timely manner. Were extremely satisfied, highly recommended!

  Ordered a building from *** metal structures talked to **** and placed my order on 9/12/2024 was told would take 4-6 weeks for installation Here we are nov 6th and being told itll be the second week of December before they will be able to come out to install the building **** will not return phone calls or texts going to get anything done Ive had to go around him and call custom built structures to get any information This is the 3rd metal building Ive order and the worst companys to deal with

This allowed us to proceed with scheduling and fabrication within our standard delivery timeframe of 46 weeks for your area (pending any weather delays). As outlined in our literature and Purchase Order Terms, this timeline follows our usual process, and we are currently on track for installation.Please note that the waiting period for permit confirmation did not count toward your scheduling, as fabrication cannot begin until we understand the requirements set by the permit.We apologize for any challenges in reaching us, and were actively working to improve our responsiveness.
