If I could I would give this place 0 stars I would. The reason is the business is very disorganized, every time they call its always someone different then explain what the issue is to finally get the original person to call back a day later. Ive had so many issues with the building being cancelled 2 times it was finally installed 2 weeks ago and now the windows steadily leak. ***************** has been down here 4 times and still yet to fix the windows after telling them where they are leaking from. Also ordered double bubble in the roof and was never advised I was not getting it until the installation was done. The customer service is not dependable for answers plus is not customer friendly. I have found some 1/2 inch screws have to been properly seated definitely need longer screws. I ordered upgraded doors and some of the door trim is messed up. Also I ordered garage door frame outs only to find out they werent going to be installed due to no metal in stock and not advising customer until a day of installation. Also kept receiving phone calls after they received my final payment stating they hadnt received my check but after talking with my bank theyve deposited the check a week ago. Lots of headache and stress with this company. I would definitely not recommend custom built structures to anyone.Custom Built Structures Inc.

Definitely need to do better theres a big reason the dealer I went through no longer does business with ****. Also tried calling ***** back several times and have left voicemails. Still very unhappy about this experience and have not gotten a phone call back.Review fromJim M

Garage turned out beautiful . Set up was quick done within two days I was very pleased of the quality.There was time delay on having this set up to get it done But we got through it.Price was right for me. Did very nice job installing the garage finishes were really good. The minor obstacles that were in their way they overcame without any problems. Biggest issues were with communication of the garage company and time delays but the garage and carport turned out beautifulCustom Built Structures Inc.

Had a metal building put in and the install was bad , the crew was drinking and messed a doors up and now when you go out or close door , it cuts your hands up bad enough to get stitches but I keep getting promised to guy over getting this fixed , I have called in many times to only get a promise he will call me back. I called today and ask for him then transferred to 3 people but not him but they did say they would be back out 12/26/24 then was told 01/02/25 within 2 minute time. So now waiting on him to call, is what I was told again. Not good business. Had a customer cut there hand and I had to take to hospital to get stitched up and I paid for it all while waiting for a call back for a month and never comes.Custom Built Structures Inc.
