      Gave it 1 star since I had to, deserves 0. This company tries to make mountains out of molehills. I had 3 simple jobs, maybe 2-3 hours work for the 2 guys that showed up. They spend 1/2 hour trying scare me with how bad my issues MIGHT really be. I needed to have a toilet reseated. Needed a new wax gasket, a couple of bolts, MAYBE a new flange. These guys want to replace the whole toilet and set me up with a payment plan. In the time they spent creating the 5 quotes, they could have completed 2 of the jobs. I should of checked with Yelp first. After posting my review I found that my experience seems to be the standard. These guys are on the prowl for seniors and suckers. ***Please stay away from these thieves if you don't want to be robbed.

      Chase and Scott did unexpected double the amount of work scheduled without complaint. The step by step and billing was explained well. The work was very good. They both were very pleased men. Would highly recommend.

      Terry that has inspected our 2 heat pumps has always been super nice. Him and his assistant replaced our duct work downstairs right away when we had water damage back in feb 2023. I highly recommend Master plumbing heating & air conditioning

      We have used Master Plumbers Heating and Cooling on 4 different occasions and I have to say that these have been the worst experiences in dealing with service suppliers. On the first experience, 2 of their plumbers took over 9 hours to repair a leak in our water service line. Cost -$2500.00 and change. Within 7 months the repair totally failed and they initially did not want to honor their warranty, but finally did. On two occasion we had HVAC inspection and service. Tried to sell us a new unit (3 ton) for $24,000. This was 35% higher than a second quote for a much better unit. After one of their "comprehensive" HVAC system checks, our Heat pump kept running, even in back up mode. Service tech could not figure the problem out. Turns out it was a simple thermostat code setting. We cancelled our yearly service agreement after our year was up, but they still charged us for an additional month, since we didn't notify them in writing soon enough. Really, hiding behind Legal **. The last straw was the replacement and installation of a Rinnai tankless water heater. They ended up charging $7500 to replace a unit that , we found out later, you could buy on line for $1,100 . Took 13 man hours to reconnect the existing lines to the new unit. Should have been less than 8. They were on the Rinnai web site as a recommended vendor. That was the only reason they were used. Never again. I would strongly urge you to find someone else to do your plumbing and HVAC work. We checked with a plumbing service we used at the coast for their cost on a water heater replacement and for a standard tank it was $2900. A tankless water heater unit is about $600 more than a tank style, but easier to remove and reinstall.

      Beware of their after hours service. We had a leak that needed to be fixed asap so my wife used their after hour service. It involved replacing 2 valves and took the guy maybe 30 minutes once he started the work. The guy did a good job, but what should have cost a couple hundred dollars per another plumbing company even after hours, ended up costing her over $3k. I understand paying more for after hour emergency service, but she was definitely taken advantage of.

      Called them to service my HVAC and was told it'd be a $89 service call plus cost of repairs. Tech got there and told us there would be a previously undisclosed diagnostic fee of $250. So that's $350 before we even start the repair. Found reviews and complaints elsewhere where customers stated they received the same treatment. In my opinion, I don't think they are honest and I'd never consider recommending them or using them myself. The woman I scheduled with was more interested in selling me a service contract for my two units than in helping me with the repair I needed. BEWARE>

      I’m sorry that you feel Although we pride ourselves in doing right by everyone we serve. We did find at your system had a leak and the compressor had tripped the breaker that controls the compressor. A leak in the system will never happen unless you have a problem, also the breaker would never trip and show high compressor amps unless you have major issues. We did have to investigate the system to confirm what the issues are. We do strive to truly help everyone we serve. We do wish you the best.

      This response is completely untrue. We never had a leak of any sort, no issue with the compressor or breakers kicked off on our two year old system. When we were hit with the surprise $250 diagnostic fee, that should have been disclosed before the tech arrived, we didn't let the tech do anything. We paid the dispatch fee, which was initial called a service call fee, but refused to pay another $250. How could they make those claims when we didn't pay for diagnostics? We never discussed the details of the issue with the tech and he never even touched any party of the system. Based on this I'd really like to hear where they came up with their response. It speaks directly to the type of business they run. In the end, once I had time to look at everything, I fixed the problem in 90 seconds. Partially clogged condensation drain line. I could never recommend this business.

      We did speak to you on the phone and you never mentioned any of what’s in your response. We will unload pictures and videos if you needed? Another question is why did you have to add refrigerant? The only reason is a leak. We sent you pictures and notes showing what we did find very quickly without searching for the leak. We do wish you the very best and your leak will appear again.

      Your last response claims that a leak was detected and refrigerant was add. By all means upload photos and videos because this never happened. Your tech never even touched, our system, much less diagnosed any issue or provided service. As soon as he asked for an additional $250 I had my wife pay the dispatch fee and send him on his way. I called the office and told you it was underhanded and that we'd cancelled service. There is not leak, there was no leak and your tech, again, never even looked at the system. I'm sure you wouldn't add refrigerate for free so produce the bill, with my wife signature and receipt. You can't because other than taking $89 plus tax from us, nothing else was done. And as for what I said on the phone when we scheduled, I only said it was cooling but not as it should. Either you are confusing us with another customer or just making this up.

      Amazing service. Very nice. Found and fixed the leak within an hour. Price was a little steep but the service was fantastic and I don't mind paying a little extra for grand service like Rey gave me. Superb!
