      Brandon showed up on a Saturday within a couple of hours of calling for emergency service. He was knowledgeable and patient while explaining the options we had for repair.

      Would definitely not recommend this company. Was told when I called about a mini split ac which wasn’t working that there was an $85 charge for a service call. I thought this was kind of high, but maybe it is standard for the industry. Little did I know that the $85 was just to get the truck to my driveway. Before the technician even looked at the unit he informed me that there is a diagnostic fee in addition to the original fee. Now the cost is over $200 before they even looked at it. They immediately knew by looking at the lights that the problem was a clogged drain line. After cleaning out the line and some other check it ended up costing me over $470 to basically clean out a 10 ft piece of drain line. I don’t mind them making a little profit, but I think this is a bit excessive . The only reason I give them 1 star, is that there is nothing less

      Gerald and Shannon came quickly because we had a problem with our air conditioning system was stopped up and water, if not repaired quickly would have been everywhere. I did not think I could get a company to come on a Friday afternoon. Master Plumbing’s office called me to be aware that the team of Gerald and Shannon were on their way. They were right on time and took care of our problem. Thank you for being so quick to respond and repair the problem!!! John F
