After being told by two services techs that marking on my floor would come up, i later found out that the markings were actually deep scratches on my floor. A week later of trying to contact the company about getting my damaged floor taken care of, i have not been able to speak to the service manager and told they will be in contact with me soon.Review fromAlicia S

He was on time and was very knowledgeable. Too bad he couldn't do anything to help us today because he came face-to-face with a copperhead snake under the house. Once it is gone, I will gladly reschedule our appointment. We have used Master Plumbers in the past and they've always been professional.Review fromAttina J

This was a tremendously positive experience, from the time of setting up the appointment, to the alert of their pending arrival, to the first approach to the house, to their curtesy in putting on their own house walking overshoes, their professional explaination of what was found; their articulate discussion of their recommendations; and to their concluding remarks. I am very pleased with the worker’s representing Master Heating and Plumbing. They are genuinely good people and do excellent work. I felt they really cared about the quality of their work and that it would be of benefit to me. I signed up as a regular client and I’m so glad that I did. Bad experience with repair leaky valve in water heater. In December 2023, the pressure valve went out on my water heater. I called Master Plumbers and they came that afternoon. I had drained the tank and turned it off. After telling them what was wrong, they went to their truck and stayed about 45 minutes in my driveway. Finally they came back in and offered me staggering contracts, most of which I did not even know what they were. I asked them to just finish the repair. They offered me contracts three or four times after I told them I did not want. They said they had to go get a part which took about an hour. When they returned, it took all of 20 minutes to fix (the younger one did the repair and it was excellent). At time to pay, I was hit once more with good, better, best contracts some which were more than $5,000. The repair for the $100 part (I looked at a lot on line for price range) turned into a charge of $1028 dollars after all their squandered time. The exorbitance of the repair hurt, but I think my being aged may have been the driver for the contract offers. Sorry, but never again. You need a no star rating.
