      I went to take 5 oil change and not even a week went by and all my oil leaked outta my car due to one of the employees leaving vessels over my oil filter and drilling the cap back on with the vessels in between. It took 3 months to get in contact with their higher management because they told me they didnt have any management at the time because they were moving people around. This happened November 2022. It now July 2023, and their corporate isnt responding either and Ive been trying all year to get this situated, I had my claim and all and their insurance didnt even respond. I have the pictures from the mechanic after the diagnostics check that proves the the incident is on them and still get nothing, it tried reaching out to lawyers as well to *** but I got dead leads , whenever I did reach a few they told me the situation wasnt enough for them to handle the problem. Take 5s only excuse about everything was we are still a fairly new company

      I been going to take five for years but I quit going because the service was gotten horrible but today July 17th 2023 I was driving by on ***************** n decided to stop glad I did there was three males working the first one greeted me with a water name ***** kept apologizing they will be there soon as possible I waited for at least 20 minutes but the manager he was limping n still hustling trying to get all those cars out in a timely manner then I met ******* he did my oil change very respectful n knowledgeable about my car clearly they need more help but never once complain these 3 men are the best and take five better keep them around !!!!!!! and they all deserve a shout out and a raise$$$$ II wish I was undercover boss because I would have taken care of them for life!!! these kind of workers you keep around keep up the good work guys and Hopefully Take 5 paid you great and get you some help ** in there soon thank you very much for your kindness today I will be back !!!!!       I frequent this location for oil changes but on my last visit the tech overcharged me by over 800 dollars by typing in my charge incorrectly. I called the location and told the manager **** that my card had been overcharged and they had caused my bank to be over drafted. She said she would call her district manager and call me right back. 5 hours later I had to call again to which she replied sorry I kind of got busy. She said she would call when the manager got back to her. Fast forward another three hours and I call again asking where my money is and she said it would be refunded in the next 24 hours but she had just found that information out. Three days later and I still have not gotten my money returned nor heard from the company.

      They are playing me like I'm an idiot. They charge me for oil that only goes in a diesel car. They damage my vehicle. Neither manager will call me back. What is the issue we can resolve the problem as a business owner. I understand accidents happen but you don't ignore the situation. Hoping it will sweep under the rug or that me as a customer spending my heart-earned money will go away. I have to work 60 hours a week. You up sold me and I said okay. Since I'm in the neighborhood I'll spend it in the neighborhood I live in and no one will reach out to talk to me. What is going on? Take five on ****** and 9th Street in *********, ******* stop blowing smoke and resolve the situation How many times do I have to leave a message or send an email and there's still no response? It's going on 7 weeks

      They think people are stupid or unknowable. The Mobile 1 synthetic oil was 4 times over the normal value and they recommended that another oil change was due after **** miles whereas most synthetic oils last between **** to ***** miles. I will never use their services ever again. I actually can do an oil change myself and save at least $70. This company needs to be sued for ripping off the general public-especially women and people who dont much about autos.

      I took my vehicle to take 5 on 06/29/2023 and my vehicle's motor begin to stutter before shutting off on 06/30/2023. I contacted take 5 to let them know that I was having engine problems and was told it might be a blown head gasket. I informed them that the oil was a milky white color and they need to fix it because i never had this issue since I've been going to them. I spent three days submitting a complaint to be told that the district manager would contact me. I'm still waiting to find out how I'm going to be compensated if they destroyed my motor.

      I wish I could give 0 stars if there were an option for that. Just yo check air pressure in tyres I waited in line for 1 hours and then when they let me in they were busy in another car and I waited for one more hour. This is just scam. I will ***** recommend

      I have a 2019 Dodge Journey. I bought the car in 2020. I took my car to get an oil change on June 14,2023 (Take 5 Oil Change #**** ********************************************************************. *****. ). Two days later (June 16, 2023) my car starts to run hot and eventually my engine locks up. Had to get my car towed to the Dodge dealership (************** ********************************************************. *****, #). They kept my car for about a week and come to find out my oil was still dirty and I now have $12,000.00 worth of work. I now have to get another car and find. Now I have to go back and forth with these companies to get my money.

      I own a 2008 Lexus RX350-I took my SUV to Take 5 Oil Change #****: ************************** * ********* ** ***** on 4/10/2023 @ 4:58 PM. My oil light came on Friday, June 3, 2023, and the odometer reading in ******/ out *******. Unable to drive. I took my SUV to another business and the diagnostic confirmed the damage performed by Take 5. They lost the cap to my oil tray causing NO oil in the engine.Discovering according to dealer sales this was not a problem before Take 5 Oil Change #****: ************************** * ********* ** *****. In reading through some of the reviews I discovered many of the reviews are pointing out the same issue with Take 5 Oil Change throughout the *****************. This is a crime in my opinion.
