      Have been a Cspire customer since 2000. I can remember when Cspire phone reception was top-notch. There is a tower of Cspire's 2 miles from our home. Today reception of phone and internet is pitiful. Have called and spoke with reps on different occasions. Nothing has been done too help.

      Do not walk away from Cspire. Run away! The person in store sold me a hotspot. I paid in full. Set up service $25 a month. Could never gain access to account, the device never worked consistently, then find out I’m being charged $75 a month AND they billed me $70+ more to “pay off” the hotspot. Lies and ripped off is what you will get. Automated phone line doesn’t work properly and chat cuts you off multiple times. I was finally able to stay on hold and get a person to cancel account. I was very nice in explaining why I was canceling and not one single word of apology after $230. Terrible customer service. I never leave reviews but this company is that bad. Please do yourself a favor and go with anyone else.

      Has CSpire for over year and my bill jumped up 20 plus dollars. I paid $550 when got contract and got told I would get credit for deal they had at time. Which was suppose to be money off phone. Never happened, got told last of year of trying get me stay with them for 3 years get credit after I have paid for phone in full. When I talked to customer service all they said was pay phone off then they won't bill me for phone. That's not credit. I paid phone off and switched to T Mobile only $ 25 month with poor customer service and lies on what so called phone deals they have.

      ZERO STARS. The worst Internet I’ve ever seen. It drops multiple times a day. The customer service is CRAP. Do not use this internet.

      Horrible service Unprofessional staff- unavailable after calling them for 5 hours They did not turn off cellular data as I requested while my daughter was traveling extremely unhappy!

      Cspire is the absolute worst cellular company EVER! Cspire refuses to honor their contract yet they expect me to honor it. They refuse to credit my account according to the contract. Cspire dropped the ball and did not properly handle my trade in phone resulting in no credit for my trade in iPhone 11 Pro Max. After 6 months of billing me incorrectly, (over charging), they have decided to give me a bill credit and not a phone credit as stated in the contract. I did as I was instructed to do by cspire yet they are making me pay for their failure to handle the phone correctly. Their coverage is not what they promote because they fail to tell you that 5G only exist in about 10% of their coverage area. They fail to tell you that after all of these years and all of the technology that you will not be able to use your phone in what they consider rural areas unless Wi-Fi falls from the sky. I am unable to use my cell phone in the majority of the areas I frequent. Unacceptable. They do not care about their loyal long standing customers. I would never ever recommend cspire to anyone. Save yourself a lot of time and headaches and choose Straight Talk as it works EVERYWHERE!!!!

      I have a better chance getting in a fist fight with Optimus prime than I do being able to make a phone call with Cspire phone service. The service is never the same day to day. I can stand in my living room one day and have full service then the next I can’t even get a call to go through. Definitely the worst money ever spent on service and will be switching as soon as able

      Horrible all about making money. They don't care about their customers. Half of the time service don't work. You can ask for help and customer service is no help. Been with them over 10 years and they won't even give you a break on buying a new device. When they do have deals its away a catch something rotten in the mix. If there was any other phone service where I live cspire GOODBYE!!!!!

      My ex husband and I have been with ceasefire since they change from cellular South. I went in to see about changing this account into my name and when I walked out the woman had talked me into buying a new phone she said all I had to do was pay for her $50 plan a month instead of the $45 1. Couple weeks later I found out with my disability I qualify for a free phone so I went back in to see if I could do something about this. At this time I found out that I was in a contract for 3 years and I was very upset I never knew this before then. I realized I can't get out of want to put the account in my name because my ex husband is on prepaid and I have been the only 1 for 2 years on this account He explains to me about the contract I have I decided to walk out but I let him know I was very upset about being fooled! I went back in because I forgot to see about getting it into my room after all of being upset the last time in I believe it was January I may not have positive dates but the sequence is right. Now I am no longer on the account to even make any decisions at all I believe it was January I may not have positive dates but the sequence is right. How is that possible when I just got a phone I've got nothing but a run around from this company and now I'm indebted for 3 more years to it and there answer to me was just start all over agrun a credit check and you see about getting your own account but I We'll have no history of how long I have already been with this company... Now I have to have my ex husband come back in to OK everything this is gonna complete hoops and you can guarantee when I get out of this contract I will tell everybody not to go to ceasefire they're too expensive and overrated I know that person my 2nd attempt at ceasefire took my name off of that account How else did I get my phone to begin with good luck people

      I do NOT recommend Cspire. They do not value their customers at all. I have been with them for over 25 years and have 5 devices on my account. Only one phone is under contract. I moved the device under that # to another # on my account and asked to delete the # it was on because I had an excess of phone #s and wanted to keep the other #. Well, Cspire would rather lose a long time customer than accommodate their needs. I will NEVER do business with this company again!!! I have never been so disgusted with a company as I am with this company. Years of problems and now won’t accommodate long term customers AT ALL! BAD BUSINESS
