      I swapped carriers two months ago to return as a Cspire customer. I bought a Galaxy S22 Ultra. Great phone, but I cannot get service ~67% of the time. And yes, I did the math and screenshotted problem areas in Google Maps. Dropped calls, no network (5G or 4G) in areas I need it, and text works intermittently. There have been three software updates in nine weeks time... same issues. I went to the local store twice and Noone knew what to do other than what I've already done. I was told this phone shouldn't have problems and was asked asinine questions such as: "Have you submerged the phone? " and "Have you allowed young children to play with the device? " Really? Those are non-issues. Cspire...do better and make it right. Otherwise, I'm leaving... again.

      The CSR went above and beyond to help me find what I needed! I was attempting to locate a local rep we spoke with the previous week. I lost his information. The C Spire CSR worked to connect me with this rep! Yay! Thank you, ******!

      Had a terrible experience with C Spire. Switched carriers because I wanted to support a Mississippi company. Payed for new phone up front then was charged for it. When I complained, to I might add, to four different customer service folks and suoervisor, I was told the person who handled my inial set up was no longer with compaqny. When I asked what they intended to do they said they were sorry. Period. I am 75 years old and I feel they simply did not care. It has cost me a few hundred dollars but I guess you are never to old to learn.
