  Dont buy with them, it is a spam !!! They didnt deliver tickets when I paid! Better to buy directly from the ************ willing be sure to get them! If I could put 0 star I would!

  What a waste of money and time. Took my 82 year old parents, my daughter, son in law, and my 8 month grandson on a dolphin tour on 9/13. No dolphins d spotted even though guaranteed. The dolphin tour was over booked so we were not on the correct boat. The boat we were supposed to be on was newer and they used it for a fishing tour. We had no air conditioning as promised. Bathrooms were disgusting. Everyone was miserable. I tried to get a reimbursement from the company that did the cruise with no resolution. I was finally told to call Vacations Made Easy as that is who I used to book the cruise. No help there either. You can only talk to a supervisor, no higher manager. They obviously don't care who they contract with, it's all about money for them. DON'T EVER BOOK WITH VACATIONS MADE EASY. THEY JUST ADD STRESS TO YOUR WELL DESERVED VACATION.

  Terrible business model, do not book with them! Sear he'd for Myrtle Beach Dolphin tours, their ad came up that stated Buy 1 Get 1 Free and Lowest prices available, I stupidly trusted them and after finding out who the Dolphin tour is through I searched them and we paid $40 more to book through these guys. To get the tickets the require a pickup, they tell you to go to one place for that place to tell you to go near ************** at ******** on the ****** DO NOT BOOK HERE! IT'S A COMPLETE RIP OFF! When I called to raise the concerns and ask for a refund or at least the $40 difference I was told they are accurate with their advertising because they get a different price than you can get online. Book directly with the tour company or show company or you will be ripped off. Would love a refund or at least the difference.

  This company is a scam. We purchased show tickets and paid $50 more through them than if we just went to the theatre to purchase. We called to complain and they didnt care, they said thats how we do business.

  Never buy tickets from this place!! Bought tickets on line and status says order in process 3 days later. Called and they cant do anything after 35 minutes on phone. Went to cancel only to find out 65% refund or gift card!!!! This needs to be very clear up front!!!!!UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

  I planned a last minute get-away through VacationsMadeEasy for me and the kiddo. The hotel selections were kind of all over the place, but I will definitely say that the ratings of the hotels are HIGHLY INFLATED. We stayed at the ***************/Graceland on ***************. PLEASE BELIEVE EVERY BAD REVIEW, they are spot on. I tried calling customer service at ********************** and I could get no help. No transfer in stay somewhere else (I'd gladly pay the extra), nope, nothing could be done. I decided to go anyway. Maybe people were over exaggerating. ????? I have never felt so icky and unsafe. I brought my own everything. Sheets, towels, etc. I trusted nothing. Upon arrival I could smell stale cigarette smoke in the lobby. Then when given my room, I walked up to the FIRST room and the door was ajar. It was obviously not cleaned. Bed unmade, wet towels on the floor, tv blasting. I told the person in the office and was given another room. This room stenched of cigarette smoke although when asked, it was a NONsmoking room, HOWEVER there was an ashtray in there... so?.?. The tub didn't stop dripping. There were streaks of whatever all over the ceiling (I'm assuming from smoke). The ac had the front hanging on the floor. Overall, the room just wasn't clean- I'll spare the all the extra details. The parking lot is a joke. Impossible to get in and out, not to mention the spaces aren't big enough for the cars. There is only one working elevator. It says that they are under construction, but I don't know. I can tell some updates have been done, but painting broke down, dirty things is not updating. It's called putting lipstick on a pig. I didn't even make it to the scheduled tours we were going to tale because I didn't feel safe leaving my dog at the hotel, and there was nothing to do in the interim. Could have been a fun trip, but it wasn't. I was here less than 24 hours.

  This company is a scam! Do not book anything through them on line. They charged $84 a person for deep sea fishing and if we had known we could have bought straight from the Vendor for $50 a person. We had 6 people in our group and were charged for 8. When I called to complain, they gave us the different back ON A GIFT CERTIFICATE for their own company instead of a **** gift card or back onto the card I used to book with. Terrible scam and even worse customer service. We do NOT recommend.

  We had a similar experience for a show that we found did not really exist. It is so frustrating when you are on vacation and sign up for shows that are totally misrepresented. We will have to go through our bank to deny the charges. I still have to see how that goes. Better to stop at the place you want to go to and get your tickets there. It is a pain to have to stop somewhere else to actually pick up your tickets. of course, many of them want you there so they can pitch time shares and everything else. How disappointing

  i just got ripped off by these crooks. less than an hour ago i requested a refund and they want to charge all these crooked charges for cancelling on a sea world admission ***!. i spoke tp ****** twice and told him that they were ripping the public off. further i told ****** that i wanted a full refund and that i was reporting this crooked buisness to the BBB and i would dispute the chrages on my credit card. THE BIG CROOKED RIP OFF!
