  First time dealing with this company and I can honestly say I am very happy with customer service that I received. I was missing a part of my order and email them and as long as I provided the necessary information (model/serial number/purchase date) they accommodate me. I am to receive the missing part within 3-5 business days.

  I first purchased my Stamina Recumbent bike in Jan '22. I have never had customer service this good. Their response time was very quick! They really worked with me even though I was the one who delayed the process. Long story short: My mom had just passed in Sept '21 and I ended up with a good portion of my parents belongings to add to my home which was undergoing renovations. So it took us a long time before even putting it together. Once it was ready we somehow lost a part off one of the pedal holders from the stem and pedal wouldn't stay on to ride. Again, I delayed in contacting the company and they tried to fix it with a part that did not work. After another period of time I contacted them again and I found out I was 9 months out of warranty. But, instead of not helping me like many companies, they did me a huge one better. Without a doubt what this company has done for me to make me a happy customer went way above and well beyond the expected. I would recommend them to anyone who asks about home exercise equipment. Thank you CCS#5 for your hard work and diligence and thank you Stamina for making this happen!! I am one very happy camper!!

  I'm on my second reformer purchased from Stamina Products and I couldn't be happier. Don't even remember when I purchased the first one - it's was a long time ago - then decided to upgrade and purchased the second one in 2017. Their products are durable and so worth the money. I've only had to contact customer service a few times but they are knowledgeable and helpful and I do like working with them. They've always provided immediate service and replacement products arrive within days. I highly recommend Stamina Products - I'm hooked on their products and their customer service!!! and would highly recommend them.

  Stamina's been great to me. I bought an AeroPilates Performer (Reformer) in 2011. The neoprene on the ******** had some minor damage in shipping, and Stamina replaced it promptly at no cost. The Reformer is my favorite workout and to me, it's essential equipment. When the pandemic set in, I wanted to make sure everything was shipshape for working out at home because of supply chain crazy. The wheels needed to be replaced. Stamina helped me determine what to get, since the design had changed. They've always been helpful, prompt, and friendly. I'm happy to be their customer for life and to recommend them to others.

  **** was amazing! One of the wheels on my Perfomer broke and I had no idea what my model number was after 20 years. (No sticker on the underside) She tracked it down for me using pictures of my Performer and routed me to the order department. The new wheels came quickly and my machine works like new! Thank you ****, you’re the best Customer Service Representative ever! *****

  I moved a product and in the process lost some hardware. I reached out to the company and they were unfortunately out of the necessary parts. Months later I received an email from ******, letting me know they once again had the parts should I still need them. Luckily, I had found my missing parts in the interim. But I really appreciated being contacted over a fairly small thing.

  I didn’t get my Pilates Reformer unboxed within the one year warranty and was disappointed to see some manufacturing defects with wood accent pieces. I contacted customer service to order new pieces and spoke with ******. She took the initiative to go to bat for me, getting the approval to replace them!. I had the new parts within 4 workdays of my conversation with her. I was prepared to pay for them and greatly appreciate the her effort to make it right. I will definitely be a repeat customer for accessories and anything else they offer.

  I contacted Stamina on November 14th and discussed with ****** in Customer Service the problem we were having with our Stamina SpaceMate Folding Stepper. ****** was very professional and wasted no time in responding to our problem advising on November 15th that because of the particular problems we were having with the stepper that they were sending a replacement stepper at no cost to us which arrived at our front door on November 18th. My wife is a fitness fanatic working out 1-2 hours daily on this stepper, she is very pleased with the overall smoothness of operation. And we both are very pleased with the price of the stepper being so reasonable. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Stamina Products, Thank you!
