Absolutely thrilled with the service I received. ******* was kind, considerate, compassionate and a real joy to deal with. Im not very knowledgeable when it comes to using a smart phone but she was understanding. I enjoy my InMotion Strider and appreciate the help I received. Thank you.

Fast, and amazing customer service.They responded quickly and so efficiently, I found myself in a predicament with not being able to return my product to the original store of purchase, but Stamina customer service saved the day for me and will be sending me a replacement product.Stamina Products Inc.

Thank you, *****! You turned me from being very disappointed in my purchase, to being very satisfied and happy!! Nobody wants to receive a defective product, but after emailing you and you immediately sending me a replacement part, I have my reformer put together and it is great! Stamina Muuv Bike Review Purchased: December 2022 | Usage: ~250 times | Initial Rating: ????? | Current Rating: ??I initially chose the Stamina Muuv Bike for its non-subscription model, offering pre-programmed workouts right out of the box. This feature set it apart, justifying its premium price and earning it a solid 5-star rating from me. However, my experience took a downturn starting Q4 last year due to persistent app connectivity issues. The latest app update further degraded my experience by losing the ability to control the bike's resistance, stripping away the smart features that defined it. Now, it functions like any other magnetic resistance bike, which feels overpriced given the unresolved app issues. What was once a 5-star, highly recommended product, now barely makes it to 1.5 stars in my book. If the app issues aren't fixed, it's hard to justify its cost against the basic functionality it now offers.Stamina Products Inc.
