There was a problem with the assembly involving connection to the tension setting cable, it was stuck because the temporary clamp holding it to the bracket would not pass through the hole leading to the adjustment cable. To fix it required some disassembly of the bike involving removal of the side panel so I could get at the problem and resolve it. I could not have done the repair without the aid provided by customer service rep. *** was very responsive and prompt in answering my questions, without her guidance I could not have done the ************ it was properly assembled, I'm very satisfied with the finished product. But I think, Stamina should rework how they hold the tension bracket for easy assembly by the user. It took a while to repair.Stamina Products Inc.

WOW, I really don't know what I can say. But during the Pandemic, I used my InMotion for my Isolation period and never looked back. I feel like I'm in the best condition of my life. GREAT EXERCISER.Stamina Products Inc.
