      ****** from customer service was the most helpful person I have ever interacted with at express scripts. I had a complicated issue with a change in my coverage and she was able to work in multiple different systems to help me resolve this issue. She fully understood the complicated coverages and medical plans from the ********** and Helped me get my medicines approved. Up until I met ****** my opinion of express scripts was pretty low but if they can get a person like this there may be hope for this company! Sharing this in the hope that they see it and make sure all their employees is as good as this one ***

      Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Customer Service is some of the worst I’ve encountered! At least in the plan I’m forced to have there’s either 1 in network local pharmacy or I’m forced to use their mail order **** for my long term maintenance meds. They look for any excuse available to not fill a or cover prescription! Express - Scripts overall *****!!!!

      If I could give 1/2 a star I would. Disgusting! Only out for the ***** they are making. Your forced to use them and they do NOT GIVE a **** about anyones health. Medication promised 5 times over night. 10 days and I still do not have it. Nothing it excuses as to why. Im in pain and they could care less. You cant speak to anyone but the people who answer the phones and a team lead. Promises of a return call if there is an issue. I will do anything to never have to deal with this Specialty Pharmacy ever again. I pay good money for my health insurance to not to have to deal with nonsense. Just disgusting

      I pay express scripts for coverage yet they are denied me my medication Im in pain 24/7 and it took a long time to find the right medication and we did and now express scripts wont cover it ..my doctor sent all the information they asked for ..we finally found something that works and they refuse it ITS INHUMANE TO LEAVE SOMEONE IN PAIN 24/7?WHO ARE THEY TO DECIDE WHATS GOOD OR WHATS COVERED SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE THIS IS DISGRACE

      I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Refuse to dispense my medication as instructed by my provider after they told me that was how the script needed to be written (keep in mind this is not pills but a special spray I take to help my hearing and the deformities in my ears) I suffer from single sided deafness in one ear and I am severely impaired in the other and they have cause my hearing to get worse from going without this medication. I call and I am told I need to speak to a pharmacist. Wait on hold for another hour and I am told by the pharmacist I need to speak with Customer service to resolve.

      If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order last week and every day receive a call that my order did not go through. I call back and have been passed around to representative to representative and placed on hold totaling more than 4 hours. They ask for name, address, DOB over and over then place you on hold. Not confident my order is coming. Horrible experience.
