      Accredo and express scripts is a horrible company. My son has missed his Humira medication injections several times due to the lack of concern and Uneducated employees. Every time you call you get it someone different that has no idea what they are doing. If I could give you zero stars I would.

      I have dealt with several "specialty pharmacies" through the years. My experience with Accredo is absolutely the worst! My LIFE depends on the medication I get from them. Alli get from them, however, is at best incompetence and at worst deliberate lies. I have spent innumerable hours on the phone with them over the past 3 months. Lied to repeatedly that my medicine will arrive "tomorrow." As others have said, I have repeatedly "escalated" my concerns and complaints and I've gotten nowhere. More stalling and lies. As a physician I understand how the system is supposed to work. The way this pharmacy works is a disgrace to medicine. My insurance provider only allows me to get my meds through Accredo. Otherwise, I would have dumped them long ago. I would give them zero or negative stars if I could.

      Getting my medicine was the biggest nightmare!!! I had to call everyday to push them and plead that I needed my medicine to live. I went weeks without my medication because of them!!!!! It was constantly a wild *********** just to get my medicine. Absolutely horrible company especially when dealing with medicine that people require to live.

      Absolutely incompetent employees who do not care about the health of people either, husband has now been out of meds for 3 weeks, was told again I would receive them today, told them I was leaving tomorrow early and nobody would be here so the meds would spoil in front of the door as they have to be refrigerated. Just checked account, label created, but not even on truck yet so I know I am not going to receive them today. Will talk to a lawyer and complain to Cigna, why the h*** they deal with a company with horrible reviews is beyond me.

      Accredo Pharmacy has billed me several DIFFERENT monthly amounts of $5.00, $23.02, $12,875.26 and $6,426.12. When I contacted the company, I was told the bill was $6,449.14. To be honest, I am not sure what the amount is or if it's correct. There are too many discrepancies with my account. In hindsight, I wish I had NEVER used this company. I didn't know it would become such a huge, costly issue. The company's customer service reps are very rude and condescending.

      Had a wonderful pharmacy and my insurance refused to cover my medication unless I went through accredo. These people postpone your order with no notification or real reason. Don't think you will have anything the day you ordered it. They have no care in the world for your medical health and well being. The insurance pays these turds a whopping 7 grand per dose of my MS **** I take every 4 weeks and it's the only thing they care about. My last pharmacy was amazing and this sad excuse for a pharmacy is a pathetic replacement. Glad I'm changing insurance and praying I don't have to deal with these people ever again.

      I wish I could leave negative stars for this company. I spend 1-2 hours a week on the phone with this company a few times each month just to get my regular medications. They refused to pay for one of my migraine meds when there is no substitute medication. For another medication, they originally refused to cover the generic brand of the medication so the doctor switched to the name brand only. Now they are refusing to cover the name brand but also will not cover the generic. However, if I switch my medications to be filled by them I can have whichever brand I want. This company is unethical and should be illegal to operate. Please somebody intervene and get rid of this atrocious company.

      NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR! TOTAL FRAUD! Let's be realistic, all insurance companies are not interested in actually helping people. I work in healthcare and see how awful and selfish insurances can be. HOWEVER, this company is one of the worst I have ever had to deal with. The story is this... I changed jobs and my new company has this insurance for prescriptions... I have never had this many problems with any company I had ever dealt with. To list a few: (1) All representatives have attitude problems and talk to you like you are an ***** and they are not there to help you. Only to tell you that you are wrong or anyone else but them; (2) Always drops calls while you are trying to resolve something, so you end up repeating everything and staying on holds for days; (3) It is NEVER their fault or mistake even though it is obvious it is; (4) Will never advise you of a better option; (5) Will bill you an absolute max they can possibly bill. (6)... I could go on and on. The point is they are doing "legal" fraud and you are bound by an adhesion contract because you need to use them through your work benefits package, AND they ABUSE that to the maximum extent. If you have any choice, DO NOT WORK or USE this COMPANY.

      Express Scripts forces individuals to use Express Scripts pharmacy. I received a notice, "As of June 1, 2022" I am REQUIRED to fill my prescriptions through Express Scripts or switch to ********* or *** (both of which are struggling with insufficient help and low customer service ratings in my area). I have developed a good rapport with my current pharmacist and workers at a local pharmacy. Express Scripts contacted my pharmacy and denied my 90 day refills as prescribed by my doctor. I live in a rural area. My pharmacy is a one hour drive; therefore, they mail my prescriptions. Sometimes medications lapse when dispensed monthly, so 90 day supplies are important to me. I called customer service at ******************************** who confirmed the requirements and would not accommodate my needs. For me, their policy is injurious. Express Scripts also called me directly to have me switch to their pharmacy after making it difficult for me to acquire my prescriptions from my current pharmacy. I denied their offer.

      Accredo is the worst specialty pharmacy I have ever used. We used CVS Specialty Pharmacy for years and never had ANY problems. When my insurance changed to Cigna though we had to switch to Accredo and it has been incredibly frustrating to work with them. Thank God the medication we get through them is not life or death. I highly recommend if anyone has to use them to stay way on top of and ahead of refills and prescriptions so that things can get delivered on a timely manner. They continuously tell me that my doctor did not send in a refill when we know they did or they tell me that my prescription was deleted which does not even make sense. They have caused extensively long gaps of missing medications due to their errors. I can not stand this company and do not think the way they handle things are safe for patients. I am so glad that we will only be needing the medication we get through them for a couple more months.
