    I bought 3 of these cameras each one lasted for about 5 months then they go off line and they don't follow motion and they constantly turn and don't come back they point right at my house and have to shut power off to get it back on line great idea ?? but still needs a lot of work

    I bought an Item through Dot.com and paid for the item but they are now billing me monthly e.g., $14.00, then this month $16.00. I have not ordered anything else since my first and only order which was paid for. **********

    I ordered 3 EZVac handheld vacuums from Dot Com's ad, "buy 2 and get one free" on December 14, 2023. They charged me $140.31 and said it would be 6-8 days delivery which would have got them to me before Christmas. However, they didn't arrive until January 9, ****. Also, they substituted the EZVacs with a cheaper, 'knock-off' brand which I found on the internet for $8.29 each. So, if I would have bought those outright, it would have cost me $24.87 plus shipping. I called Dot Com and complained about the length of time and the fact that they substituted EZVacs for some knock-offs. They refunded me 40% ($56.12) which they said was the best they could do. So, Dot Com charged me ***** for the three knock-offs. Or, according to their deal; "buy 2 and get one free" means they actually charged me $70.16 each for two and the third was free. No matter what math you use, Dot Com made a lot of money on me. So, they took longer than advertised, sent a cheaper product than advertised, but still charged me the EZVac price. However, the vacuums do work well and we're happy with their performance.

    In my humble opinion, one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Their 30 day money back guarantee is a joke. They do everything possible to refuse to give you an address to mail back the product to. And, of course, you have to pay to mail it back. No label is provided. The light socket security camera comes with a memory card (you must pay for it separate) and a serial number on the light. But the manufacturer cannot tell you who they sold it to. And their customer support is slower than molasses. Thank god my wife hadn't thrown out the trash, or I would not have know who I got it from. Both the manufacturer and the seller did, in my opinion, everything possible not to give me an address to return the product to. The manufacturer no longer supports the product Dot Com sold to me. So the claim that unlike ring you do not have to pay a monthly fee is highly questionable. The manufacturer wants you to buy the premium package which is $20 a month fee. Ring I believe has two packages one for about $ **** a month and one for about $7.00 a month. In fact, not to have to buy the premium package from the manufacturer is quite difficult since they give you no place to reject it. The brief video from the manufacturer says hit the back button, the problem is that button only came up the first page and then almost never again. By the way, the manufacturer's support service, in my opinion, is also awful. Dot Com tells you whatever you do, do not dispute the charge with your credit card company. The failure to not timely dispute will create problems for you. Especially if you read some of the other letters on this site about refund checks not coming. So as a consumer, shop elsewhere. On a scale of 1 to 5 (5 being the best), in my humble opinion (that maybe is too harsh), I'd give it a zero. But BBB doesn't give you that choice.*** L 1-30-2024

    DotCom Products is clearly an organized high scale scamming operation. My story is much like most of the others on this site. Multiple fraudulent charges. Products not delivered. Unkept promises from customer service. Look at the four and five star reviews on this site, even those are obviously fake.

    Do not use this company. Ordered 6 zippy phone chargers Dec. 20. Did not receive for Christmas. I called to cancel. The representative offered 40% off. I accepted the discount.Did not receive the product. Called and was told the order was cancelled. This representative states "I will send them at 100% off and free shipping". Did not receive order. I called. *******. stated "the order is being shipped today".Did not receive order. I called back. I was told the product was out of stock.Called today. *** told they could not find my account.Called back for another reps. *** told she could only offer me the 40% discount. I said that I was told 100%. She refused.I was given a customer service number. They said "the ******************** will be sent today". I think this is a lie, just all of my other calls. I never expect to get the product.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS.

    I purchased these light cameras as a gift. Once we found out that these do not work through the app that it is supposed to work with, I requested to return the products, 3 light camera's. As of January ****, the company, DotCom did not renew their subscription for their customers to access their footage. They now say that the customer needs to use iCloud which defeats the purpose of buying these light cameras. I have called many, many, many times to no avail as they want me to pay for the shipping back to their warehouse before refunding me my money. I should not have to pay a dime for a products useability being changed to no fault of mine. I have asked many times to speak with a supervisor or someone with higher authority and been told they will have someone call me back, which NEVER has happened. It has been 2.5 weeks of me chasing them all the time. I called again a few minutes ago and eventually was hung up on. Sadly, I never even thought about looking them up on the BBB information, wish I did. As it stands, I am still trying to deal with this horrible circumstances to get my full refund to get this product. This is a company that clearly doesn't hold themselves accountable for anything. Very unimpressed. Oh, I only gave them 1 star and they don't even deserve that but am unable to leave 0 stars.

    I got three cameras working ? But not as was led to believe. They block out most of the screens with a constant PUSH!! display to force!!! the user to pay for their cloud service. You can not get rid of it. Even though I have local SD memory, you need! their cloud service to get video info on the alerts. The cameras do work ok with very clever features but you must pay for their cloud if you want to use them. Totally feel cheated.Do trust them to pry more money out of you.
