    Just like the many reviews listed I thInk this company is a scam. They advertise no subscription is needed. However to get proper use of the camera you must subscribe to their service. And they never let you forget that fact because it is always popping up when you try to review and footage. Always detecting things quite a distance away. But need to subscribe to get AI to get proper use of the camera even though I bought the ** card. Stay far away from this company. ??

    I keep calling and calling customer service and all I get is your order will ship in 5 to 7 business days. It's been over a month since I ordered. I asked for a refund and they will not do anything to help. I should have read the reviews before ordering from this company. They say they are a small family business and just starting out . Well they are the worst business in the world. I was told my order will ship after they collect more orders. What in the h*** does that mean. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.

    The products that they sell are poor quality. An item I purchased failed after 4 months, and I was told the warranty was only 30 days. They have no confidence in the products they sell. No wonder they have a BBB rating of F.

    This company is a scam.They side step all shipping processes and won't refund my money. All I get is excuses.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.It's been over 2 weeks now since I ordered from them. They say 3 to 5 day shipping, BS.They said it was shipped the day after I ordered it. No one can find it, and still no refund.The worst company I ever had to deal with.I called them and got hung up on 4 times.Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. You'll be sorry you did.
