    Ordered over a week ago and still no delivery no way of tracking order

    They charged me for something I never ordered. Unfortunately I didnt see the bad reviews on their company until after I had placed an order and apparently this company has a reputation for doing this same thing to many people. I called them as soon as I saw the reviews and was assured that this would not happen but less than a week later a charge showed up on my account that I did not authorize now I have to go through the process to get my money back. I will NEVER order anything from this company again.

    Light bulb cameras aren't too bad. They work. Just have to keep resetting them.

    The company delivered as promised and installation of the light bulb security camera was not difficult. It appears to be working properly ... but it does record as if there was motion when there was not. So I have numerous recordings of a static scene. It could be operator error, so I will wait until I am thoroughly familiar with the system and update my review if necessary.

    I would give no stars. I ordered a smart watch and it was
    not what I was hoping for. I returned within the 30 days to an address
    on their website indicating where to return items for refund. USPS
    could not deliver for a few days because it was not open. After finally
    getting it delivered at the end of May, (stilI within the 30 days) I
    have had no response from their customer service dept and no refund!

    **SCAM ALERT** What an absolute joke this company is! Ordered 3 of their light bulb security cameras. One was defective out of the box. They ******* me around until my 30 day warranty was up and then "Oh, we're sorry, you are outside of the 30 day warranty period." Now, 7 months later the other 2 have stopped working. Can't reset them and they will not replace them. I would give no stars but, not an option.
