  I order from DOT COM PRODUCTS off ****** feed ad only to learn via a phone call that SIM CARDS NOT INCLUDED. I asked to have my order cancelled instead Ive received messages and calls offfer a discount which Ive declined. Still they refuse to Cancell my order and have charged my credit card for the full amount. I have been notified they are shipping the product.Ive disputed the charge with **** and filed a complaint with the ** Attirney General.DotCom Products ads are misleading! Beware

  They have some really good gift cards available for everyone. If you want something to eat or drink or need gas, theres usually a gift card available.

  Please dont order a thing from this company. I purchased 3 of the security bulbs for $40 each and even though I didnt purchase the sd cards, they charged me for them along with some warranty service I also didnt select. They said they would refund the extra charges. But, they have yet to be refunded to my account. I called within 7 days and reported the cameras not working. The cameras never tracked me when I would walk by. They only recorded when it supposedly saw something. But, the video would show nothing moving in the area. Wasted videos. The lady offered me a gift certificate instead for double the amount I paid for the bulbs and told me not to worry about shipping the bulbs back. So I thought that was sweet. But she didnt tell me they only had 10 products on their website. She made it seem as if they had several products of all types. I called her back and told her there was nothing on the website that I wanted and I wanted my refund. She then said that she couldnt because I had accepted the gift card!! It was sent via email. I didnt even use it. But she insisted that she couldnt refund me because I accepted the gift card, EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT USE IT. I had just finished reading some of these reviews and I told her about the horrible reputation the company had according to the experiences documented on the BBB. She immediately hung up on me! So Im stuck with paying for the bulbs AND still not sure if Ill be refunded for the cloud subscription that they charged me on day 7 of the free trial for ****** for a year service! Dont do it! Steer clear from these scammers. They use different phone numbers like typical scammers do!! Review rating - 0 to the negative power!

  I think your company is a rip off I have 2 charges on my credit card for a total of ****** ***** and ***** yet for some reason they dont acknowledge the one for ***** well why would you take it. Have not received any cameras to date or cards which I payed for . I wish I had looked up the company first and seen all the terrible reviews and theyre rating on BBB I see since I brought the BBB ratings and reviews to their attention there have now been 3 good reviews seems they are rating their on own business . ********************* cheaper products at *********   a leggit company and better chance of speaking to a sales rep

  I bought a product from this company they upsold me from one to two items, I only received one. This happened in May 2023, they have been charging my card ever month since. The phone is never answered so I needed to ask the credit card company to pursue recourse for me. They cancelled my card credit card and are sending me a new one. major pain

  I ordered light bulb camera a month ago. It still hasn't arrived. I keep getting answers to my texts. But it appears that I'm getting the run around. Now I have been given two different tracking numbers. One says hasn't shipped yet as of today. The original tracking number says it will be delivered July 17. When no delivery, it goes to the next date and so on. It is now July 25 and now the tracking says July 27. Awful.
