  I ordered a set of cameras from DOTcom. They were too hard to connect, and required that I have my GPS on at all times in order for the cameras to work. I called for a refund. The representative said he would send me the return address, but they had a special offer where I could return the products after 60 days instead of 30 days. I kept them longer in the hopes of figuring out how to use them to no avail. When I called back to inform them I was returning them, they were rude and advised me that I only had a 30 day time frame. I told them to go back and pull the call. They refused. I asked for a manager and they told me that IT was the manager who would approve my return. He said his notes told him that I didn't want to return the product. I told him that my phone has the conversation recorded from the previous rep saying I had 60 days. I offered to email him that recording if he didn't want to go back and pull the call. He basically called me a lie and told me that I was not eligible to return the cameras. Now I am stuck with $160 of ****

  Dotcom I ordered three socket light bulbs the pictures were horrible especially at night they wouldn't stay in the sockets they kept loosening up I'm going to try to get a refund but we'll see how that goes if all their products are like this I wouldn't have anybody buy anything from them

  If there could be less than one star, I would give it. Terrible customer service, the girl just laughed at me when I told her my concerns and difficulties and I wasn't making a joke. Do not get involved with this slipshod company or difficult product. To make it work you have to keep your light on when the units are plugged in. How does one keep the outside light on all day and night? Stupid product, ridiculous help line where you hang on for hours and when they transfer you, you are sent into a black hole. Rude, greedy and totally useless. STAY AWAY from these sloths.

  The cameras are worthless. Please dont waste lots of money like I did for something that doesnt work. I paid two professionals to try and get the cameras to work with Absolutely no success. If I walked in front of the camera, nothing was photographed. I got up in the morning and I would have 20 photographs of the wall behind the camera. I was double billed for the monitoring service. Two out of three I purchased are broken and wont work at all. After 30 days dont waste your time calling. They want you to buy an extended warranty and then they will consider refunding your money. So you need to give them more money to get your money back. This is the rationale of the company that you will be dealing with. Please look anywhere else for a product and believe me it will be better than this one.

  Still waiting on my ***** refund since Oct 2022 , that they claim I owe , from an order , Dont know what they claim I ordered never see this place ! I posted this today June 17 th 2023 , ** receiving hang up calls from this number , I answered and no one replies! Beware please ! Hopefully someone can put an end to this place !! Only option is to leave 1 star or would not leave any !

  I had an issue with Dot Com Products charging me $14.95 a month for several months. I was able to get hold of one of their representatives *****************. He was very professional and wanted to correct my issues with Dot Com Products. I am sure that he is more than willing to help you with any valid issues you have with their company. All of my money was refunded and any subscription was taken down. This company did the right thing. Reaching ************* a professional representative of this company made the difference.

  Dot Com Products is a scam! I ordered an item on 5/6/23 and received a text (not sure why a text instead of an email) stating that the item would be delivered in 3 to 5 business days. A month later, 6/8/23, I placed a call to them and was told that the item was delayed and the lady said she would check and let me know within ************************************************************ over a month, no notification that the shipment was delayed, nothing. I told the lady that I would like to cancel the order. She said she would have to check. Nothing received within 24 hours, but the next Monday (6/12) I got a text saying that the item had been shipped and was given a tracking number. I looked up the tracking number on 6/14 and the estimated delivery date is 6/20/23, not in 3 to 5 business days. Buy from these people at your own risk.
