    Bought 1 item. Was signed up for subscription service that I did not ask for. Requested to cancel before trial expired and was still charged for the yearly subscription and full price for the item. Beware... They are SCAMMERS.... They WILL illegally take your money and if you do not contact your bank they will keep getting away with it!

    Trying to return Light bulb Camera! Can't talk to customer service! Call & phone is silent after ringing! Previous emails to reply to dotcom ends in error message sent! I tried to cancel order after placing order, and was able to talk to customer ************ wasn't sent yet & they said they couldn't cancel ************* wasn't picked up by carrier yet! I ordered 2.4 G camers & got a 5G!Im being ghosted by dot com now

    I think this company needs to stop spamming my email daily with multiple products. I've UNSUBSCRIBED at least ************************************ daily. Very annoying to even have my email on a mailing list.Tracking our every movement we make. Im tired of my privacy being violated!!!

    I would tell Every person Not to purchase the Light Socket Security Camera. It is the worst camera i have ever installed. The app was ok but the camera is terrible. From the video quality to the motion detection. Do not waist your money like I did. You will never get a refund as it will cost you more money to send it back and then they wont OK it because you installed the camera. STAY AWAY AND SAFE YOUR MONEY
