    When I placed an order the company added several unauthorized charges. I called to cancel the order and ******* kept trying to get me to keep the order in process and I kept declining. Once I was told the order was canceled I hung up. I immediately received a phone call back from a different rep who kept trying to get me to complete the order. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

    They say you dont need a subscription but then every time you want to look at activity from the camera, a note pops up telling you about your plan options. All recordings are tiny and not really viewable unless you subscribe. Dont waste your money. A ring doorbell with camera is better.

    The light bulb cameras are a front for their cloud service. Half the app is for cloud service. The other half is to continually show you what you wanted but can't have without the exownsive cloud service. What a joke
