    I ordered 1 online the light bulb camera socket security for a total of $62.70 which includes taxes on Dec 17 2023 and received an email 3 days later stating the product was delayed and within 24 to 48 hours along with a tracking number will be sent to me the following week after Christmas. I haven't got any information from this company yet. Be careful buyers online their stating the company is legit, but they have received an F grade with BBB, they are scamming customers. Please shut them down.

    I ordered 3 security lightbulb cameras and they are not compatible to my outside light fixtures also activating was impossible with several attempts. **************** is horrible, I was constantly interrupted and talked over while speaking. There was a lot of contradictions on what this person was telling me. Their return policy when read , there is a lot of stipulations. I hope I am refunded back my money. It also took a month to receive shipment which I tried to cancel order but was not allowed. There is only a 30 day window for returning from the time of ordering. It also states if we receive your return, if we approve your refund, a lot of ifs. This companys verbiage is very deceiving .. I got scam !!!

    Great customer service! They reached out to me after I purchased an item to make sure that I had everything I needed for the item (memory cards). There was zero pressure to purchase anything else and they said that they were available to answer any questions I may have at any time. All customer service representatives should be like this! Thank you Dot Com!

    With my experience like buying security cameras without the sim card and charging me for PERKS that I didn't ask for plus every other review that I read your Company left nothing to be desired

    Complete crap! 100% disappointed with my purchase and i cant even send it back. JUNK!!!You have to pay a yearly fee to access hardware options not ************. and the controle app is a joke. Save your money to start a campfire. cship757

    I ordered and installed the bulbs with ease they work fine. I had zero problems with DotCom . Great communications too!!!

    I placed an order for a couple of security cameras, a couple of SD cards and an extender. After I received the invoice, it was incorrect. I then received another invoice for even more. I called several times to try to get this straightened out and each time I was given a different amount. These guys are shady.

    I bought 2 security camera bulbs, they did not work as advertised on our Orbi mesh wifi network. They took several tries to connect then randomly disconnected. I have made 13 calls to 7 different numbers to only be told I need to speak with customer service, and that they would transfer me, "but just in case we get disconnected here is a number to call" One person said we had to talk with tech support for a return. Finally, was able to speak with tech support, they authorized the return, but then said I would have to speak with customer service to have the Return Authorization emailed to me, once again transferred and disconnected. The number that person gave me wasn't even Dot Com Products. I again called their "customer service" and was told that they are not customer service, they are sales. Was given a different number to call, when I dialed, it showed up as Potential Spam on my phone, that rep said to call back in an hour because the customer service department is extremely busy with sales. Finally remembered that I paid with Paypal. They actually had a different contact number. I called and the refund was handled very smoothly and quickly. Half of the order was refunded right away, was told the other half will be refunded when I call back with the tracking number of the package. I do have to pay to return it. Not a problem at this point. Thank goodness for Paypal.

    This Company needs to be reconstructed from the customer service to the ******************** itself. Their customer service is completely horrible and incompetent. Thinking that they can call your bank to check on a refund? They will hang up on you and avoid assisting you in any manner. They need to be closed down and revamped. It's a disgrace to even think that this is tolerated from any customer service ***** I will never order from this company again and will tell everyone that I know not to order any security equipment from them EVER!!!!!! They deserve a 0 in rating!!!!!!
