    I ordered a security camera and then realized they had charged me for insurance that I had declined and shipping which was supposed to be free. I cancelled the order and they honored the cancelation. They are now trying to say my order was delayed and will ship shortly. How do you get rid of this company? I am worried about more charges on my card.

    I ordered the camera bulbs. Ordered solong ago, forgot about them. some how they charged me $279.00.

    Definitely a scam company. Once they have your credit card information the party begins. Charged $200 for 3 cameras at the cost of $49.99 back in October. Then charged $21 and change in November and now wake up to another charge of $20.86 this morning.

    This company is the absolute worst!I ordered 3 security cameras from them. I immediately received a text from them, stating that my bank flagged it as fraud. I called them, and told them that I would contact my bank, and call them back. They insisted on calling me back, and I told them No, I would call THEM back. I got busy with other things, and did not call them back. This took place on Dec. 1, 2023. They evidently continued to try to bill my card, and on Dec. 6, I received a text from them, stating that my order had shipped! I was annoyed, but I didn't make a fuss. I received the cameras on Dec. 8, and discovered that they would not fill my needs. (I should also mention that there was no invoice in the box, nor was there an extender that I ordered.) I then sent them an email, requesting a return label or authorization. Several hours AFTER I sent the request, I received an email stating that I should logon to their site for installation instructions, but I did not receive a response to my request. In looking at the other reviews, they're very good about taking your money, but not so good about returns and refunds. I will definitely be filing an official complaint.

    A bunch of liars! Tell everyone you know to AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM! I wish I had seen these reviews first before buying from them. I returned 3 cameras, with proof of receipt.still 30 days later, no refund. They said they refunded my money, showing reference numbers and dates, but still no refund to my account. They also fraudulently charged a monthly subscription $14.95 for some bogus thing and I reported them and canceled my card. AVOID THESE JOKERS.

    I was browsing a little and I think It's actually a good way of rewarding...I definitely like the different ideas and things we can use as points or cash,I consider each dollar a point,it's kool,although I'm still waiting for my camera

    I ordered the three-unit special. I got one bulb months later but they used my PayPal account to set up recurring payments that were not authorized. Can't reach them by phone. No reply to emails. Avoid these characters

    I purchased 3 of these for gifts and one for my own use. The one for my own use quit working after about 3 days. Called tech support who authorized a replacement. Connected the replacement, it worked for 2 weeks, then refused to rotate. Called tech support again and again the authorized a replacement. When transferred to customer service I was told it is now over 30 days and they cannot replace it again. I questioned why not when the first one broke within 30 days and the second one in less than 30 days since I had received it. But the only explaination was it was over 30 days from my original order and they could not replace it. If I wanted to purchase an extended warranty then I could get it replaced at a reduced cost, but my 30 days was up. I would strongly recommend not having anything to do with this company.

    I believe that either Dotcom products or one of their cohorts may be spying on their customers that bought security cameras from their company ! Also customers are inundated with spam emails and advertisements from dotcom and their cohorts that they have sold personal information to! God bless free enterprise, but enough is enough!
