They dont deserve a rating. There was faulty manufacture defects that cause the 2017 Range Rover I drive to run hot and as result need a new engine. The car has been at Range Rove in Houston for over 2 months. I requested the information in writing of why the not paying, now I have to wait for something sent in the mail, This is unacceptable. We paid over $9,000 dollars for warranty and refusong to fix the car stating we were negligent, The car was taken a month prior to Midas for break repair and thorough check.

Thank you for your review. After receiving your claim for your 2017 Range Rover, an inspection was set up. The inspection confirmed the vehicle was overheating, as also stated when the claim was submitted. The third-party inspector verified that the coolant outlet pipes on top of the engine valley were leaking consistent with a material failure of the pipe which caused a low coolant level and an overheat condition. Inside the torn down engine there was significant coolant build up indicating the unit was driven with no coolant. The lack of coolant caused the unit to suffer a massive overheat and the continued driving caused the coolant liners to break. On 9/14/2022, Axiom spoke with your spouse and your spouse confirmed that the vehicle had been overheating. We advised that the overheating was the reason for the denial based on the contract exclusions listed on page 4 of your contract: G. EXCLUSIONS This Contract will NOT PAY or reimburse You for any part or condition excluded throughout this Contract or for: 6. Any breakdown caused by misuse, negligence (including the negligence of a repair facility to perform proper repairs), improper towing, or lack of proper maintenance. 7. Any breakdown caused by contamination, overheating, the lack of coolants/lubricants, sludge, or restricted oil flow.Axiom also sent, via **** mail, the above explanation on 9/22/2022.

The car was not over heating. I do not have a spouse and my friend never told anyone that the car was overheating. The spokeperson was working with my friend during this process is no longer employed with that company. I would like to know where this information is coming from because it is invalid and incorrect. The car was checked out by another company one month prior. This company is fraudulent and the public needs to be made aware.
