    Worst company I have ever worked with. I should have known when their sales reps came knocking on my door. I sent them away the first time and they returned a week later. I told them my concerns for not wanting to get service and they assured me I would be able to transfer service penalty free when and if we sold the home. The new owner would just need to call and set up an account. However that was a lie and regardless of the fact that we are selling the home and the equipment stays and ADT is willing to transfer service I still have to pay $1,535.76 to Safe Haven to cancel my service because they are a third party company and are separate from ADT. The sales reps assured me this wouldn't be the case. I called over 10 times and each rep was on repeat telling me they couldn't escalate my call. Then I was informed twice, that the sales reps would call me. That never happened. Then I was informed through a rep that they spoke with a manager and the cancellation fee still stands. Not a single person was or is willing to correct this or allow me to speak to the reps who gave me false information. They should be paying the cancellation fee to Safe Haven. If you are going to get ADT service don't fall for their ploy of paid for equipment, just go straight through ADT and you won't be in this awful position I am in.

    I wish I had read the reviews before jumping into a contract with them! The service is horrible, the customer service is horrible and they are horrible for the predatory contracts they push. They are in bed with the new home builders and push it as if they are the only ones that can link to the system, it’s a promotion that comes with the house, blah blah blah. I hate it here and they want me to pay over $1000 to get out of the contract

    Safe Haven is a horrible scam. Do not purchase from these guys. They are not reliable in customer service or equipment function. I regret using these guys. Very poor customer service

    Awful, RUN don't walk away from this company!!! Such a scam of a company. if their equipment stops working they want you to pay for a service man.

    This is a horrible place. Looking at all the reviews now I know why. They treat everyone like they don’t matter. I’m still waiting on a refund from this company in the amount of $138.08. I did not receive any cameras after he told my husband that we could not change our Wi-Fi password. By this time he had already took my credit card information, I told him that I did not want the service, Joe said that I would have my refund within 5-7 business days I still have yet to receive my refund. I called and spoke with Matthew on 11/16 and was told that they were processing my refund now today is Dec 1 and still no refund. I have call the office/ support system is what they call themselves. They always transfer your call and tell you option 2. Here I have spoken to Givona, Mani, Matthew he transferred me to a billing department come to find out it was ADT I spoke with Alex and Rider at ADT they said they are going to put in an investigation on this company. I clearly can’t understand how they are still in business. I don’t understand how ADT a big company like they are would put up with Safe Haven treating their customers like this. All I want is my money back. I did not get the service no cameras and the alarm and the ring doorbell comes with the home purchase package deal, all the other stuff just so Safe Haven can make money off of customers and try and rip them off. I’m so tired of people like them doing. You will reap what you sow. I want money back into my account ASAP or I will be disputing the charge. I did not authorize for this company to take and keep my money. Joe and Matthew I believe they are all working together to rip people off so buyers please be aware of these people they are not all what they say they are. I call the number and keep trying to reach someone but have not been successful. I just want my refund! These people are scammers!

    This safe haven is a scam! They sold me malfunctioning equipment it’s only been 6 months. My cameras and sensors don’t work. I call and call and they transfer me to leave a voicemail with someone to respond within 25 hours and nothing. No call back! I’ve been calling for months leaving reviews and emails. I’m being charged monthly and my home and family isn’t being protected! They just want sales and that’s it! Rep Darien (female) if that’s even her real name. Just keeps hanging up and transferring me to voicemails. They don’t answer if it’s not a sale! Waste of money. Poor customer service! The worst security system! God forbid there is a break in or intruder. I don’t feel safe with this company!!!!

    This service is horrible I would not recommend to anyone. Not only is it more expensive for less equipment compared to other security brands. The customer service experience is very poor! My dog trips the motion sensor every time we arm the system to away and when I called a rep told me I would have to set my alarm to stay instead, meaning having the motion detectors would be pointless. Additionally the app alerts to let you know a sensor has been opened are about 2-3 minutes delayed. Not safe at all! I called to cancel my service within a month of having it and was told I would have to pay over $1000 to cancel since I didn’t do it within 3 days. The contract is predatory and I’m surprised they haven’t had a class action lawsuit brought against them yet. Do NOT get this service! They have been a complete headache from start to finish.

    SafeHaven, as a dealer of ADT, left me quite disappointed with their services. At first, they were persistent in trying to sell me their security service, calling me every day to pitch their offerings. While some persistence is expected in sales, it became overwhelming and intrusive. After finally giving in and signing up for their service, I encountered a problem that required a technician's assistance. This is where my experience took a turn for the worse. When I tried to contact SafeHaven to set up an appointment for a technician to address the issue, they suddenly became incredibly difficult to reach. I found it incredibly frustrating that the same company that had been so persistent in selling their service was now practically unreachable when I needed their help. Repeated attempts to contact them went unanswered, and I was left waiting for extended periods of time on hold, only to eventually give up in frustration. This lack of customer support and communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with security-related matters. It made me question the reliability of the service they were providing. In summary, while SafeHaven may be affiliated with ADT, my experience with them was marked by persistent sales calls followed by a complete lack of customer support when I needed it most. I would caution others to think twice before considering their services, as this level of service and communication leaves much to be desired.

    I excepted a contract with Safe Haven Security authorized dealer of ADT here in Federal Way WA, to have them install and monitor my system. A representative by the name of Mike bka Mitije came to my home the next day to install my system. Was here for at least 5 hours which was unusual for just adding some stick up monitors on the windows and walls but come to find out Mike from Romania had actually stolen about $20,000 worth of jewelry. I contacted the Mgr. Jaron Engstrom who was totally uninterested in what I had to say. At least a week or so later after several phone calls to customer service, I finally got someone in billing who actally cared and help send a message to the District Mgr who called me a couple days after that. The mgr. ask what makes me think he took it, Well lets see he was the only 1 in my house besides my 80year old sister and 70 year old husband. Then he states they would be doing an internal investigation, which probably consists of just asking the thief if he stole the jewelry, which he will say no. Now it is impossible for me to get a hold of them to have them remove their equipment from my home. I was just trying to keep my things and family safe, but they sent the thief to my home. Wretched bastards!!! BEAWARE OF SAFE HAVEN SECURITY AT LEAST HERE IN WASHINGTON STATE, I would not recommend them or ADT. Ring seems to be the way to go.
