  My system was hacked and someone was able to breach my alarm. Someone was able to remotely access my system, turn the alarm to away, change my a/c, and garage door. This is after Ive had not one, but two technicians come out to setup my system. It has never really worked properly, the cameras pick up until about 11:00 then nothing until 5:00. Its unsettling to know that someone can turn off my alarm and open my doors any time they want. This is the opposite of security. The technicians were nice, but the first was not trained at all. The second was more knowledgeable and got the system to function for a while. Two months later and its getting hacked. Im beyond frustrated.

  I work here I love it!Great atmosphere, laid back, easiest job I ever had. Pays decent, good benefits.Not sure where all these bizarre stories are coming from, must be a competitor or something who knows???

  I am a former employee of this company. They are recognized as the top dealer of ADT Security Systems. The product is wonderful. The company is not. There is incredible discrimination against females, as well as against single parents. Leadership is severely lacking, communication is next to nonexistent. I recently quit my job with this company because they tried to tell me that completing my job was paramount, which meant that taking care of my children was to be placed second to completing my job. Now, this would not be a problem normally. However, when I was hired on with this company, during the interview process, we were told that we were only required to have availability between 8 am and 6 pm. We were never told that jobs would extend past those hours. Myself and other coworkers have experienced jobs extending outside of those hours. Normally, I am not one to complain about these things because I am a single parent and need to ensure that my children are taken care of. However, I **** the line when my supervisor told me I would have to complete a job (that likely would not have been complete until about at least 9 pm because I was still at a different job at 6 pm) that was an hour plus away from my babysitters home. After I told him that my babysitter would be unable to watch the children after 8 pm and that I absolutely could not work the hours he was trying to have me work, he tried to intimidate me by threatening to take my equipment if I could not handle the work. To which I responded, that is fine, I will not allow you to make me choose between my children and my job. It will always be my children. Working for this company was good and bad. The work was simple and I wholeheartedly believe that ADT security systems save lives. But Safe Haven itself, at least the branch I worked for, was horrid to work for. They did not have our best interests at heart. All they cared about was numbers.

  This company is one of the worst I've had to deal with. As a veteran i fell for the whole "it's a great deal" scam only to get a system that only works half the time and when it does it doesn't even capture what needed to be captured. I was dealing with a specific Rep and now they won't answer any of my calls and it's been 6 months. Now I'm left dealing with safe haven, and they won't even help because they have a "tech support" that's supposed to call, and they never do, and they make it seem like it's my fault the system isn't working. Then i call what safe heaven calls "ADT Corp" and they don't even know what safe heaven is. I'm fed up with the service and tried to see what it would cost to cancel, and they require a 75% fee for a system that only worked half the time. Absolute garbage of a company and i hope people stop supporting this company.

  I am a real estate agent and after every closing this company calls me to solicit their services to my customers. I have asked them on more than a dozen occasions to please stop contacting me because I have a relationship with someone in the business and I am not interested in their solicitations. At this point they are now contacting me against my will and violating my rights. I am on the Do Not Call List yet they still continue to contact me.

  If I could give this business a ***** I would. The rep only identified himself as ADT never a safe haven. We paid for the equipment And then received a collection letter for $1200. When I called they said it was due to missed payments. I told them I have proof that I don't owe anything and that everything was paid for, they told me they don't care and in order to unlock my account, I have to pay $1200. They have my account hostage and and now I have equipment that I bought and am unable to use. I've called multiple times no one will answer and when they finally did answer I would get someone that was extremely rude, condesceding and refused to help. I told them multiple times I have proof that I could send showing that I paid for the eqipment and that nothing is owed to ADT and they still refuse to do anything. Do not go with them they are scammers! ADT will not help you and will refuse to help you and keep sending you back to them and when you tell them you were that they never identified themselves as safe haven that they identified themselves as ADT they start trying to give you the run around They say they are independent contractors but then they say they are ADT then back and forth. RUN away if this company comes to your door!!

  I close on a new house in a week from a very well known builder. My understanding is a SafeHaven rep will come out to install the components that are included in the price of the home. That is all that is going to happen. We attempted to contact the ** rep via a number card the builder's agent gave us. It took three days to get a call back. Not a stellar start.I read every review on this site and while I am generally skeptical of online reviews, this many people can not be wrong.As far as security systems, I have one of the best ones in the world, two Yokes that go off at the drop of a pin, and a .45 in the night stand. It doesn't get any better than that.

  DO NOT GET ADT WHO PARTNERS WITH SAFE HAVEN FOR HOME SECURITY. THEY REALLY REALLY NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS . I GOT TO PAY MONEY FOR EARLY TERMINATION ALL BECAUSE THERE FAULTY SYSTEM . I TRIED WORKING AND REBOOTING THE SYSTEM MYSELF BECAUSE THE WHOLE SYSTEM IS RIDICULOUS . I BOUGHT A NEW HOME LAST YEAR AND ADT WERE THE FIRST COMPANY THAT GOT IN CONTACT WITH ME ABOUT SECURITY , THEY MADE IT SOUND GOOD AND IT WAS DOING GOOD UNTIL MARCH OF THIS YEAR . I GOT THE SYSTEM IN NOVEMBER. IT WENT DOWN HILL FROM THERE . THE ***** AND THE VISUALS FROM THE DOOR **** CAMERAS WONT WORKING OR THE DOOR SENSOR SO I BEEN CALLING AND CALLING CONSTANTLY AND THE LINE BE BUSY AND I WORK MAJORITY OF THE **** TO STAY 30+ MINUTES ON PHONE . NOW I GOTTA PAY THEM BACK FOR THE EQUIPMENT THAT WAS FAULTY BECAUSE THE ***** TOLD ME ITS IN YOUR CONTRACT THAT YOU GOTTA KEEP IT !!!! Like WHATTT KEEPP IT !!! SHE TOLD ME DO WHATEVER YOU WANNA DO WITH IT . THERE EQUIPMENT IS MADE OVERSEAS SO DONT I REPEAT DONT GO WITH ADT!!!!

  STAY AWAY!!! Worst service ever Service as well as customer service is a so unprofessional and no help. One of their contractors came to my home and installed my system. Next day sensors were falling Down. ADT is not helpful either, I have waisted hours trying to get this repair and they giving me the run around but still have to pay every month.they refuse to repair the sensors without me paying for repairs which is 59$ service fee and 160 for a new sensor. WTH!!! They quick to take my money out of my account when its time to. I have been having issues for a week now, I am over it at this point Im done I will be canceling my contract with ADT!!! Please DONT USE ADT OR SAFEHAVEN! You are better of buying a security system from Amazon it does the same job and way cheaper! WORSE COMPANY EVER
