  They are the absolute worst!! My wife was home at the time of installation while I was out of town working, an they did not completely install everything I wanted installed not sure why but they didnt an now that I want to cancel it they are saying I cant because its been to long now they are seeking **** for me to cancel the service, which I feel is not right because everything Im paying for was not properly installed!

  I worked here, they ought to have zero stars. They lost a class action suit, sued by former employees and the employees won. They have a call center/door to door sales. They lie to people who need hope for a higher paying job- a lot of single moms and struggling parents. They encourage you to lie to potential customers. Their best employees, highest sellers, are urchins of people (**** collectors, used car salesm'n, all around snake oil salesman and liars, drug abusers and alcoholics galore). One of the door to door salesmen was driving badly, hit a dog, and just drove off- let the dog hobble, broke legged, to their home- if it weren't recorded by the homeowner and multiple witnesses, I'd hardly believe it. One of their highest selling agents was a blatant racist who used the n word in a professional discussion with me, I'm white she was white and she actually thought that was okay and she wasn't the only one. Some guy stole a sales lead from me, someone called looking for me, he walked over to my desk and stole the potential client call back's info and tried to sell them, they hated him and let me know, the company did NOTHING about it, kept rewarding him. Worst place I've ever worked. The franchisers running ***********/***** are crooks, sleazeballs, lowlife, low class, poor taste, ignorant, and they violate all 5 laws of stupidity and the higher up you go the worse it gets.

  I am sending this review & will rate the company at a negative 100! Service as well as customer service is a BUST! ADT is not helpful either, you get the run around but still have to pay! They do not hesitate when its time to deduct that amount from your account! I have been having issues for a week now, I am over it at this point and won't out of the **** contract! I should have followed my 1st mind & order my stuff from amazon this is so SAD! I will be reaching out to the BBB!

  Very poor service. It took them over 3 tries to get a smoke detector right. I like most people don't have time for multiple visits by a technician, especially to fix something so simple. I have called A.D.T. multiple times to cancel and to have the equipment removed from my home and all I get is the run around. Safe Haven Security along with there service techs should be removed from A.D.T. as it seems that they really don't care about the customer or the service. Safe ********************************************* techs have been to my house over 3 times and never stayed to see if the system was working correctly. They came in, put up a new smoke detector, keyed in a few things on the panel and left. Shame on A.D.T. for keeping this company as a third-party service department. Now I have had this system for 4 months and A.D.T. is telling me that I may not qualify for there 6 month customer satisfaction guarantee for a full refund. My question is, how does A.D.T. have the best ratings out of all of the available security company's. I have been nothing but disappointed. Beware of Safe Haven Security and A.D.T.

  SCAM. Please don't get this service. They introduced themselves as ADT and then you never get any type of proper operation and not service support. Equipment never worked, tecnhnician didnt know what they were doing, then I was trying to fix the situation for two months by phone after installation, no success. Then they said my warranty was expired, they need to send technician that I have to pay, to avoid that they need to schedule a phone call, then they never call, and the billing cycle keeps going, so you have to pay anyways. When you are on the phone they keep telling you fake contact information and doing everything possible to frustrate you and not fix anything.

  Absolutely a scam job between the builder and Safe Haven. Guy comes in to my home my wife is working and I have a 2 year old so Im distracted. They rescheduled to this time and it wasnt the best day. ***** care. Left dry wall on the floor I ask was he gonna clean the mess he left he said no I dont have my vacuum. Installed the doorbell crooked. ***** explain that safe haven is doing the monitoring and the door **** can ONLY be used with a subscription. He took parts that were not his and tried to throw my original door **** away. So I asked if he could make the doorbell straight and he said its too hard. So then I demanded it and he complied. He stripped the paint next to the doorbell and after I watch him do it, he starts denying it. Then after he leaves I find out its not really free. The monitoring costs money. I saw the same guy the next day at another house and asked for my original parts back. This is when he says its 3 years trial and *************** is paying for it. No transparency. I recommend you DO NOT let them install this garbage. Self controlled options are out there. Beware.
