    **** came to our house twice to get our system up and running from the previous owner. **** went the extra mile to come back, though we could have started the system on our own, he really wanted us to understand the value of our system as we have not used a security system in the past. We were impressed by that extra time to teach and explain our system. He was personable, relatable and the guy you would like to have over for dinner to talk about grandchildren. From our initial call to ADTs ******** to the texts telling us **** was on the way to the welcome email we have been impressed. Hope to never need to be impressed by how they handle an emergency but I think were in good hands. Thank you ****
