    ADT sent a great man to set me up. He was very polite and didn't mind working around our pug and mama cat with her 5 babies. He did a great job and finished quickly.

    Would I be able to give you 0 (ZERO) stars, I would.This dealer (secure 24 Alarm System) is lying to customers.The sales rep *************************** promised so much until get paid...Installation was done unprofessionally, that voided security.Finally, when I said I will break the contract, they replaced installed equipment.Also promised the rebate after the agreement starts - never happened.Several of my neighbors asked for references - so I advised to get anyone but not them.Waiting until the agreement ends or I would be able to cancel due to the unacceptable service.

    If I could give ZERO stars I would. So during the time I switched over from the *** Pro to the ********, I was told that I would not have to worry about the cancellation fee from the swap over to the Blue. That was a LIE. Now I have an account in collections for over $**** from this vendor, and ***** can help me. Why should I have to pay over **** when I was told that it would get waived when i Swapped to the *********************?! Pure and utter crap! Now it is an additional 700 for me to cancel this ****, but i can ASSURE you that I will not be continuing my services with *** after this contract is over in ****! ridiculous!!

    You guys gets an F! I have an ADT commercial account and another ADT account for my home. ADT secure 24 service my home and they are terrible . I pay the same for both account and get good service through ADT corp. and horrible service from secure24 ( an authorized dealer ). Secure 24 use one guy to cover an entire region . My service response is based on the availability of one guy. I have waited a week to have my malfunctioning equipment to be serviced. I dont care about having the same personal tech come to my house each time. This is a business relationship only. Im not looking for a ****** I want someone that can pass a level 2 back ground check and that knows the job. I want fast and accurate service. Do what I ask. Dont tell me my ideas are stupid. Do your job. Keep your personal opinions to yourself , and get out my house. This is whats important to me. Its unfortunate that secure 24 has a double standard. They bind you to a contract but dont hold up their end of the deal. If secure 24 isnt servicing the contract as promised, the customer should be able to get out of the contract. I will not refer any of my investor clients or associates to secure24.

    This company is an *** Dealer. From what I can tell, this is a way for *** to benefit from random sellers out there hawking *** without paying for their own sales team. These dealers are scammers who call themselves a business, middlemen that have fail-safe contracts to collect from unaware buyers like myself. Go to *** directly!This dealer failed to install the cameras ordered in the contract. They have failed to answer the numerous calls to rectify the situation. The individual who came to setup the *** system claims to be a 3rd party hired by this dealer and said the cameras are on back order and nothing could be done on their part to help. The contract is written by this dealer whereby you're locked in for 3 years and charged a monthly service fee without them having any responsibility. I cannot find any language in the agreement that holds them accountable for the installation of equipment, so now I am supposed to honor a contract fee without having the solutions promised. BEWARE! *** has a dealer support team that handles situations like this. I can only imagine how many are out there, especially for this dealer.

    Since 10-11-2023. I have been having issues with my cameras not working all the time. They seem to record when they choose. I called the *** number 7 different days and times being on the phone for a total of 6.7 hours. They finally sent a technician. He told me there was nothing he could do and left. I called the *** office again and finally got to someone. I told them I wanted to cancel my service for obvious reasons. The lady told me if I would agree. They would install new ****** cameras at no cost to me and no service charge. I agreed. They scheduled a install time and the installer came out. He told me he can not install the new cameras because it wasn't on his work order and if he did anything there would be a$59.00 service charge. He suggested I call back an get the issue resolved with the *** number. I called again and was told they cant give cameras away and the representative should not have offered it. They will however discount the cameras by 50%. This seems like a bait and switch. They will escalate this issue to corporate. Corporate called and will not put in any cameras as the tech told them they were working. I have documentation of times and pic of the cameras coming on when they are not supposed too. Please help with this issue. I am willing to try the offer of free ****** cameras. If they choose to not to honor on the original offer. I would like to cancel and have all the equipment removed. Please advise. Thank You

    I was researching different security systems and ended up talking with an ADT authorized dealer in MO, I told them that I bought a house but not moving in until middle of September, and what can I get. I was not told the honest info I was hoping to get. I told them not until Sept. 19th, 2023. I was to receive installation and coverage for a 2 year, contract. No sooner had I hung up, but I received an email stating the equipment was being shipped to me and it was self-installation, my credit card was also charged immediately. I did not want the self-installon and also this was sent almost 2 months before I needed it. I called immediately to cancel everything. This was ADT Plus. As I was passed from one department to another, I finally got someone who said they would cancel, and I would receive an *** label to return the equipment within 24 hours, and I would receive a refund once the equipment was returned. The cancellation was confirmed in the email. I had to remind them about the *** label, sent back equipment and it was delivered on Aug. 14th. I have been billed again, and of course was not reimbursed the 1st payment. Called again, and have been sent to one department to another. *** says I need to talk to the authorized agent, was on hold for about 30 min and someone answered who I could barely understand, who after telling her all the info said I need to be passed over to the ******************** Talked to someone who informed me that the account was NOT cancelled and they would send me to billing to have the charges reimbured. Was on hold for about an hour and finally someone (I thought it was a real person) came on and started repeating the recorded info saying they were unable to hear me and to call back later. Will try later, but I now have my credit card company blocking any and all charges referring to ADT Now I *** to get my money back.

    Date 9/18/2022 LVD Concepts Dba Secure24 Alarms and *** Manager, CEO, and President,I am still waiting for the ************* Supervisor *********************** to call me back or any Supervisor or Manager at this point, because I have yet to receive my refund of $47.98 that I was told by the supervisor on 9/7/2022 that I would receive in **** days back in my checkings account, since the *** automated monthly system cannot identify when a monthly payment has already been paid so it deducted again from my checkings account (FLAWS!)?? I also do not owe as well a $1.00 either, this has already been discussed in the past with an *** supervisor and agent!*** and LVD Concepts Dba Secure24 Alarms has countless flaws - I have been with *** since 4/2022 and all I have had are issues, failures, and theft from an employee. These countless issues are still on going have not resolved nor actions taken by LVD Concepts Dba Secure24 Alarms?!None of the *** Departments and LVD Concepts Dba Secure24 Alarms communicate with one another, notes aren't being inserted, and employees are not doing there jobs, but instead giving false names over the phone?! When I receive a survey back from *** I see their actual employee names.If *** and LVD Concepts Dba Secure24 Alarms are not doing there job and taking accountability to resolve simple solutions and responding back to resolve the customers/clients concerns? I do have the right to request for the contract to be anulled due to numerous reasons since the beginning of my contract incidents.I also will be informing your Partner/Affiliates how you treat your clients/customers because this is not Satisfactory this is a FAILURE!I am requesting a Manager to return my call ASAP, as I requested in my Survey this week from *** and LVD Concepts Dba Secure24 Alarms (no response??).*Manager *****, employee *********, and Supervisor *********************** - Resolve all issues or Anull Contract for Disabled Veteran.

    Bait and switch UNPROFESSIONAL SCAM ARTISTS!!!!! Very poor service! Did not pay the rebate that they stated. Would not return phone calls. Was always told the rebate payment was being processed and it never showed. Only received a quarter of what they said was going to be rebated. ***** the supervisor was always in a meeting and never followed up. When I finally got to his supervisor the guy was rude, didnt care what ***** previously told me and and told me to call ADT CORP, then hung up!! My ADT agreement and rebate was through Secure 24. So, after months of being told the check was on the way and it never showed over and over again I gave up. Obviously they got my money and had me for a three year contract, so they no longer cared about following through with what they stated. I would not recommend them to my worse enemy and will not be using ADT OR SECURE 24 again. Seemed like great service until you sign the agreement, then they are done with you and off to the next person. Terrible experience.
