This company is awesome ! The office kept me informed as to when to expect service and who would be showing up ! My non working fireplace was quickly diagnosed and repaired by Kurt and Jim in a very professional , clean , and timely manner ! I'm a long-term customer of Jack Pixley Sweeps. Today, Matt, who came to clean my wood stove and chimney, was very courteous, professional and very thorough. I received a through report of the chimney condition along with before and after photos, provides photos. Matt made sure I understood all parts of the evaluation report, findings and recommendations and answered all my questions before he left. Thank you Jack Pixley Chimney Sweeps! Caleb came to inspect the chimney and place a chimney cap (displaced by the wind). He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and kind. I appreciate the photos and report he gave me. He explained options to repair the chimney, it being 100 years old and showing its age. He vacuumed the fireplace and left the space clean and tidy.
