Really pleased with the service I got from the team that came to my house. I had originally booked a chimney cleaning and inspection. When they looked at the chimney, they found that a cleaning wasn't needed and just removed that from the service call. They did a really thorough inspection and found some issues that need to be fixed before I use my fireplace again. Really appreciate their attention to safety! They discussed options for solutions and provided follow up info the same day after the call. A happy customer.Review fromIvan W

Great company with good people. They believe in quality work and make sure you are happy with the results. I called them two years after some work was done and they sent a guy out to verify things, no questions asked and the stand behind the work they do. Punctual with good communication in advance of arrival. Through cleaning but important presentation of findings and recommendations. All is good; consider next year follow up based on use.
