  Randy cleaned our Lopi wood burning stove on 5-21-25. He did an excellent job. He showed me pictures of what it looked like before and after, as well. There were two broken bricks in the firebox and I opted to have them replaced. He took the time to make sure that our stove is ready for next winter. I would highly recommend Randy and Jack Pixley's Chimney Sweeps if you need cleaning or maintenance on a stove or fireplace. We have used them before, and will do so again.

  Their customer service when I called initially, was impressive. Caleb came to measure and was very respectful of our furnishings and home, very professional, and personable. When I called for samples, thinking I would pick them up, they had them delivered. Caleb was back today to install. He removed his shoes, covered the floor near the fireplace, and vacuumed upon completion. Throughout the process, the communication from the office, both in phone calls and emails, was consistently prompt, keeping us up to date on the progress of our order and install. Everything was perfect, and we love our new fireplace curtain! I’m keeping their business card in a draw in the end table near the fireplace, I’ll never call anyone else! A

  We have used Jack Pixley for several years and different projects including periodic cleaning of a wood fireplace, major masonry rebuild of external chimney structures and proposed gas fireplace insert.
