We used Window Concepts for a new front door with side light. They had a great selection of options and we were able to custom build our door to fit our needs. WC even created a photo of the door we selected on our house so we could see how it would look prior to ordering. The door was delivered at the exact timing we were told. The WC installer, Joe was amazing. He was courteous, efficient - did a great job with the install and cleaned up when he was done. Couldn't have asked for a better experience over all and would use WC for any future projects.Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc.

I have been on here before regarding this. I repeat, THIS IS A DISHONEST COMPANY. Not only will they lie to you, string you along, and ultimately not perform per their contract, they will then take you to court for a false accusation. They said they installed a window, which they never did, then removed the first window and installed a second window. To this day there was never a new window from Window Concept s that came within 100ft of my house. Thanks Window Concepts for wasting 2.5 years of my life
