  Wouldn’t. Recommend them Took a year small bathroom Had multiple installers. Just couldn’t get it right First installer walked off the job Second one months later smoking Jane in my driveway and came work high Smelled bad in my house He didn’t finish the job. Took many trips from a dripping sink and missing items needed to be installed I was very patient cause they had me by the balls Installers are very rude too. Don’t tell you what’s happening.

  The team arrived promptly and were kind and informative throughout the process. They removed and replaced the encasement around our new sliding glass door perfectly to the point where it looks like it was never removed (we had just replaced our siding a few months earlier). The four windows we had placed look great as well. We are happy with how everything turned out!

  The window quality and customization options were what drove us to choose Window Concepts for our window replacements. However, lack of customer service and poor install quality will keep us from working with Window Concepts on future projects. Each person individually was polite and seemingly helpful, but we had to drive resolution of our issues with their response time far longer than we would have expected. There is also a lack of inter-company communication, which resulted in even more followup required on our side to resolve outstanding issues or questions. I have serious concerns about the experience should we need warranty service on any of our windows.

  During the initial install, we realized a communication gap between your customer service and production teams. Three of our ordered windows were being retrofit into a 2x6 wall and we suspected the person who came out to measure didn’t catch this as they never came inside the house. We called Window Concepts upon realizing and were assured it wouldn’t be a problem. Install day and the installers repeatedly said “there are no notes of this” but assured us they would send and order for jams to production. We were also incredibly disappointed in the finishing details of the install. The outside and inside caulk lines were messy and had gaps. Two of the screens were also snagged with small holes, and two window sashes needed to be replaced. We later learned that the windows were installed out of square which we noticed after the sashes were replaced. It took multiple calls to your customer service to schedule an install date for the jams and request service to the screens. The production manager came to the house to inspect. He issued a service request for replacement screens, and talked through the wood jams to our vinyl windows. It took several weeks longer than communicated to have the jams installed. After install, we discovered the jams were installed with finishing nails into piece-meal scrap wood to act as blocking. After many un-responded phone calls to the supervisor and manager, they reached out and assured us this was “industry standard”; which I still can’t believe as there is no way these jams would support interior mount curtains. We literally pulled the jams out with just our hands. After all of this we reached out to Window Concepts over several weeks to express our frustration. Although compensation for our labor, materials, and inconvenience would have been ideal we ultimately were looking for acknowledgement of our pains. We were eventually told that because we had paid our bill in full (how foolish of us!) that no compensation could be issued.

  We replaced nearly every window in our 110+ year old house and they look fabulous! It was a long wait from order to installation but it was worth it. The company responded to all my 'where are they?' emails politely and patiently even though they had warned me the wait would be exactly as long as it was. We went with the very most efficient windows they could sell us. We won't know for a while yet how well the windows keep the heat in but they are doing an amazing job keeping the heat out! The installers were subcontractors of WC but they were awesome too. Will be back to do the basement windows as soon as we can afford to!
